BEAUTIFUL 4 BEDROOM HOME, PRIVATE POOL AND LOTS MORE!!!

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Tybee Island. With four bedrooms featuring a king, two queens, and two twin beds, as well as a queen sofa bed, there is of space for everyone to relax. The walk in master closet is large and can comfortably fit a pack n play which we provide for toddlers, close to mom and dad, yet away from other guest noises. They never know they missed a thing! Guests can unwind in one of the two full bathrooms, including soaking tubs for a soothing bath, and showers. There is also a half bath available for your guests. The large living room offers plenty of space for you and your guests and a cozy sofa bed which is ideal for extra guests or quiet evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful island with seating for three, as well as dining table seating for eight. Outside there is also an eating bar with seating for an additional three. We have two screened porches, one in front and one in the rear, overlooking our beautiful pool. There are table and chairs for eating for four as well as loungers and tables pool side. For your beach days, we have a large beach wagon to help with your beach gear, beach chairs for your use, a beach shade, and buckets and shovels for the kiddos. Shovels are a must have! We have a few bikes, nothing to look at, but available for your use, and golf carts and bikes are also available locally to rent. For the days you want to take it easy, our pool is an awesome way for you and your guests to have a great time with everything at your fingertips! There is an outdoor shower as well! We have an outside grill for your use and an enclosed downstairs with ping pong and fun pool side! We are located centrally on the island, within super easy walking to the beaches and Back River, most restaurants, shopping and Tybee nightlife. Tybee is a very laid back charming island with a casual atmosphere, great restaurants and activities! We invite you to enjoy comfort and ease throughout your stay and truly try to provide everything you need to enjoy your stay It s always hard to get away fully armed and ready and we want make sure you make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We have been coming to Tybee every year with our family for over 7 years and this was the best stay yet. The home is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. Teri was great with the check in and out process. I would highly recommend staying here. We will most definitely be returning.

The house is beautiful, and the salt water pool is amazing. We truly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. It was clean and comfortable. Great comfy couches and everyone said their beds were comfortable too. The towels and sheets were good quality! Some places skimp on that. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge took a while to cool down, which worried me. The dishwasher bottom tray doesn't have wheels, so that wasn't great. Also - there is no garbage disposal. We loved the decor of the house, and the master bathroom is fantastic!I had trouble getting answers from the owner. Communication was extremely slow. If the listing had more information, I would have known the answers to some of my questions. We asked about specifics, such as what is the "beach shade" and how many beach chairs are were. The Listing just said "beach chairs" so does that mean 2, 4, 8? (there were 10) We didn't get check in information until about 25 hours before check in time. I was about to call VRBO customer service to say we have been scammed! Very worried. When we got into the house we couldn't find wifi info (needed for baby monitors). Took 1.5 hours to get that. Wonderful host once we did get to talk but just could have used some of the info a little quicker! I would suggest adding MORE details to the description and post the WIFI password in the house in full view. Great house! Great Pool! Location great too! I'd rent here again for sure!

We are local Savannians, born here. We spent most of our summers on Tybee beaches while growing up and built our Tybee house in 2015 so we could have our own place to enjoy with our children and grandchildren. Tybee has always been a very big part of our lives.

We chose this location to build in because of the location and proximity to Tybee s great restaurants, the beaches, Back River, and night life. It is a close walk to everything.

It was professionally decorated, with the modern conveniences, yet having a casual comfortable beachy feel too.
