Bathroom 2: Sits just outside of the guest bedroom, and It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!

The home is located just off Morse Blvd in The Villages. You will be a quick 5 minute drive from Spanish Springs, and The Villages Hospital. Lake Sumter Landing is also a 6 minute drive south.

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!



Golf Cart:

To ensure the cart is ready for you, please inquire for pricing and availability at the time of booking. Since availability is limited, we recommend reaching out early to guarantee your rental!



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are welcomed to check in any time after 4pm, using the keyless lock. We are more than happy to accommodate earlier check ins as long as the space is cleaned, so please inquire if this is something you would like.
