Nice Stay for Family Reunion

The location was great and accommodated a very large group in multiple cabins spread across the resort. The grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is thoughtfully laid out so that the cabins feel private despite being close to one another. The sinks and counters were spotless upon arrival, but the rest of the cabin could have used a little more attention (unflushed toilet upon arrival, for example). Thankfully, we had disinfectant cleaner in our travel items because there were no cleaning items available in the unit aside from a little dish soap. The property management company was very professional and responsive. The check in and check out processes were easy.

We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again
