This stylish loft is part of an exclusive complex of only three townhomes, designed to impress. Nestled in a quiet residential area, it strikes the perfect balance—close enough to walk to town and the beach, yet far enough from the noise and traffic to enjoy true relaxation.

The spacious one-bedroom layout is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoy air conditioning throughout the home, a full kitchen with essentials, a breakfast bar and indoor dining area, and a charming front terrace, an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset. Large windows fill the home with natural light and offer beautiful green views, bringing the outdoors in.

The main level includes an open living area, the kitchen and dining spaces, and a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs, the bright and comfortable bedroom features a queen bed and and full bathroom.

Step outside to your private pool patio—a quiet and refreshing area perfect for cooling off or relaxing in the sun. Added conveniences include a washer and dryer, storage for beach equipment, and one designated, secured parking space. With only three units in the entire complex, the environment remains peaceful and private.

Guests have access to entire home.

We are always here to help with any inquiries and offer concierge services! We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. We are available when you need us but we respect your peace and stay behind the scenes. We are here for you throughout your stay!

Although this property is close distance to all amenities of town, a car rental is recommended. All homes with great views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo and depending on the time of year, a small 4x4 is recommended for ease.

Please note: Stairs are required to access the entrance from the parking area. The interior is also two levels (stair access). For this reason, the home is not suitable for children.

The sleeping area includes curtains for privacy. However, the tall windows facing the pool and back patio intentionally do not have curtains to preserve the natural light and airy design of the loft.

There is an exterior camera facing the front door. The interior of the home is completely private.

Golf carts are a fun way to explore the area! We are happy to help assist with a rental. Inquire for rental availability.
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
