Forget your worries in this spacious and calming space. It includes two reserved parking spots (pickup trucks not allowed per HOA) and 3 open parking spots. There is a peaceful walking path in the backyard. About 20 min from Clarksburg premium outlets, Montgomery Mall, bowling alley, trampoline parks, Rio Lakefront, AMC/Regal movie theaters, Dave & Busters, top golf, etc. About 45min from Washington DC and Baltimore. About 45min away from three airports (DCA, IAD, BWI).

Great game room for the kids . Very impressed with baby gates by stairs . We could not find the playground which was pictured on web site Asked around from people walking and no one knew . Kitchen was great but needed some dish towels ! All and all was very pleased and highly recommend!!

Beautiful house, clean, everything listed as described! The pool table is not full sized and was minor disappointment. Parking as described we just had a large family gathering with 4 vehicles and was more difficult to find open unreserved spaces close to the house then anticipated. We didnt see any extra sheets or blankets which may be an opportunity for future improvement (we brought a blow up air-matress for our kids) but that was on us for not asking in advance.Bottom line great stay and would 100% book again!

Overall clean. Grout in upstairs showers moldy. Air conditioning took multiple hours to cool home.(5-6 hours) Difficult to find parking spots. Numbets on reserved spots need to be more visible. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels good. Overall it was better and more cost effective than 2 nights in a hotel for 9 people.

Unfortunately the A/C couldn't keep up with the summer heat. Bedrooms upstairs, for someone with bad knees it is not the best location.

Nice place to stay

Six of us stayed at the townhouse for a long weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. We enjoyed the game room, the big kitchen, sitting on the back deck while cooking on the grill and walking around the lake. The home had everything we needed!

Convenient Stay

The house was great, location was perfect for a weekend visit with my grandparents and listing was as described. We had some issues with bugs, mostly sugar ants, but we let the host know so hopefully that gets rectified for future visitors

Family Visit

6 adults and one 11 month old stayed very comfortably at this VRBO for several nights while in the area. The beds and layout were very private and spacious for all of us and we enjoyed walks around the adjacent park. Due to rainy weather we did not get to use the outdoor deck, but it looked quite nice for enjoying meals outside. The basement game room was certainly a plus! Only one small comment: We would have liked to have a few more full place settings available, both dishes and utensils. Otherwise no drawbacks whatsoever!

Joyful space

Our stay was so enjoyable. The layout of the space, the comfortable feel, the location and amenitities surpassed our expectations. We walked the paths, saw deer and families of geese, played games around the great table in the kitchen and laughed a lot. It was great to have so much space to spread out, and yet be together for a fabulous weekend.

Lovely location

Lovely big house in a beautiful location. The house was as described, a few improvements could be made such as cleaning the basement carpet and checking the beds are adequately put together (one was a little unstable). That said the beds were very comfortable and the host supplied everything that we needed, though I'd recommend taking extra towels. The host responded quickly to messages and quickly supplied extra bedding as we couldn't find the bedding for the sofa bed. An added bonus was that we spotted lots of wildlife in the area, including deer, terrapins and herons on the lake, & a humming bird. All in all a very comfortable stay for my family and I in a lovely property. Thank you to our host.

Great value!

Great value for our extended family vacation. Great location: Safe. Quiet. In a park with a walking path right in the backyard. 10 minute drive to Shady Grove Metro Station. 1 hour drive to Baltimore’s National Aquarium. 20 minute drive to outlet shopping. House compliments: 3 full bathrooms were very convenient for all of us getting ready. Large refrigerator. Great coffee maker. Excellent washer and dryer (pack detergent). Lots of closets for keeping things organized. Plenty of dish soap, garbage bags, etc. Comfy beds.

Property is quite good, good location, lots of things to do inside house, ample space .. just one suggestion need to add more utensils (glasses, dinner plates, salad plates) otherwise everything is good

Spacious updated 4 bedroom 3 story townhouse with 3.5 bathrooms. House has double decks, so both the top floor and bottom can enjoy nature and visit the nearby lake and walking trail. Game room on the bottom floor so your kids can have fun and make the most out of your stay with us. washer and dryer on the bottom floor as well to use as needed. The outdoor grill is available in case you want to grill and enjoy the view of the outdoors.
