You can reach your apartment by elevator or stairs. The entryway, featuring a convenient coat closet, leads into the cozy living and dining area. The dining area, complete with a dining table and a state-of-the-art kitchen, is equipped with top-of-the-line brand-name appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area, you can step out onto the covered east-facing balcony with modern patio furniture. The balcony is accessible via a single step and is therefore not wheelchair-accessible.<br><br>Here you have an apartment that you can make the most of by combining it with the adjacent apartment. If needed, you can access the Friesland 4 apartment via the balcony. The option to combine the two apartments is available, but not required.<br><br>From the living-dining area, you enter your private bedroom. The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a closet, also includes a modern en suite shower room.
