Enjoy a private open-plan studio cottage in Sacramento, convenient to UC Davis Medical Center, Midtown and Downtown.

The Cottage has an open layout without a separate enclosed bedroom. It includes a queen bed, living area and full kitchen with a single oven, three-burner gas stovetop and dishwasher. Espresso and pour-over coffee equipment are provided. The living area includes a compact IKEA sofa bed with chaise.

The Cottage accommodates a maximum of two registered adults and is not suitable for children or infants. The sofa bed does not increase the maximum occupancy.

A table with nearby power provides a practical place to work or dine. High-speed gigabit internet, Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet are available for work and streaming. The Cottage also has free in-unit laundry and a walk-in closet.

Your reservation covers the Cottage only. A separate Main House is located on the same property and is not included in your reservation. A permanent resident owner lives on the property, and other people may be present elsewhere on the property.

The Cottage entrance is reached using the designated path on the left side of the Main House, through the gate to the lighted entrance.

No guest parking is provided on the property. Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability and posted restrictions.

The garden can be admired from the Cottage, but it is currently closed to guest access for planting season and regenerative soil work. Please remain on the designated access path and approved guest areas.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted; visitors require advance approval. No parties, events, commercial activity or professional filming. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed only where permitted; please use ashtrays.

Exterior cameras monitor the front and side entrances, driveway and backyard. There are no cameras inside the Cottage.

A Minut M3 near the entrance in the Cottage’s open-plan living area monitors sound levels, crowd risk, smoking, temperature and humidity without recording audio or video. A separate smoke and carbon-monoxide alarm is installed in the sleeping area.
