Stylish 2BR Retreat • Near Downtown & UC Davis Med

Enjoy a comfortable Sacramento stay in a private two-bedroom home convenient to Downtown, Midtown and UC Davis Medical Center.

The Main House includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one bathroom, a comfortable living room and a full kitchen with a single oven, stovetop and dishwasher. The living area includes a compact IKEA sofa bed with chaise. Maximum occupancy is four registered guests.

A table with nearby power provides a practical place to work or dine. High-speed gigabit internet, Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet are available for work and streaming. The home has three 4K TVs—one in each bedroom and one in the living room—with Apple TV, Netflix and other streaming services.

Your reservation covers the Main House only. A separate cottage is located on the same property and is not included in your reservation. A permanent resident owner lives on the property, and other people may be present elsewhere on the property.

No guest parking is provided in the driveway or elsewhere on the property. Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability and posted restrictions.

The garden is beautiful to admire, but it is currently closed to guest access for planting season and regenerative soil work. Please use only the designated access paths and approved guest areas.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted; visitors require advance approval. No parties, events, commercial activity or professional filming. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed only where permitted; please use ashtrays. No pets. Assistance animals are handled according to applicable platform policies.

Exterior cameras monitor the front and side entrances, driveway and backyard. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.

A Minut M3 near the entrance in the living room monitors sound levels, crowd risk, smoking, temperature and humidity without recording audio or video. Separate smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms are installed in the bedrooms and hallways.

A nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located and easy to get to downtown or old Sacramento. It seemed like everywhere we needed to be was within a 10-15 min drive! Everything about the house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay.

I can not say enough good things about this property and most importantly the hosts! We had a family member at UC Davis and our situation was very fluid as to when we would be going home. Ian and Sol were beyond accommodating by working with us on check out dates and times! We appreciate everything they have done to make our process as smooth as possible.

I had a wonderful stay at this Sacramento home. The main unit was clean, comfortable, and very well set up for both relaxing and working remotely. The high-speed Wi-Fi 6 internet was fast - easy Zoom calls work was easy.The smart locks were really convenient and made check-in simple without needing to worry about keys. The home also has a full kitchen with everything we needed for meals, which was great for a longer stay - loved the air cooker. The front entrance is really cute and gives the place a welcoming feel right away.Everything was very clean when I arrived, and the house felt well cared for. The neighborhood looked nice, quiet, and family friendly, with a good residential feel while still being convenient to get around Sacramento.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Overall, this was a great place to stay, especially for families or anyone needing a comfortable home. I will be staying again.
