Vacation apartment (52 m²) with an infrared sauna

The vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers 52 square meters of space for up to 2 people. In the spacious entryway, after a busy day, you’ll find our new infrared sauna, which features 2 seats, light therapy, and the chance to unwind to soft music. After your sauna session, you can step right out onto the large balcony or freshen up in the walk-in shower of the newly redesigned bathroom. The living room features a warm color scheme on the floors and walls. It also includes a cozy dining area with a round table and four comfortable chairs. You can also enjoy watching TV—we had a wall custom-built for this purpose, which houses not only the large TV but also two Bluetooth-enabled speakers. The bedroom features a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm) of proven hotel quality, as well as ample closet space. The large balcony, which spans the entire length of the apartment, is perfect for relaxing. A 30% deposit is due immediately upon booking, within 7 days. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, an express bank transfer is required before departure. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM; check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site following a prior arrangement by phone. Pets (max. 1 pet, 50 EUR/stay) are allowed (for a fee). 1 set of bed linens and 1 set of towels per person are included in the travel price. A visitor’s tax of 2.50 euros per person per day will be charged separately on site.
