The price is valid for occupancy by 2 adults and up to 2 children (children under 14 stay free). Additional guests are permitted only upon request.
Additional guests aged 16 and older will be charged 15,-€ per person per night. The additional amount must be paid on site at the latest.

Towel changes are available on site upon request for an additional charge of €5 per person.

Final cleaning fee: €65

Use of the washing machine and dryer by arrangement; a clothesline is available outside.

Breakfast service—breakfast basket—available on-site by arrangement.

In the summer, guests may use the gas grill by arrangement. A fire pit is also available by arrangement for cozy evenings.

Location:
Stunning views of the adjacent gardens, fields, and the Eifelpark, including its summer attractions: the “Graviator” freefall tower and the “Jules Verne Tower,” a chain carousel at a height of 80 meters.
The entrance to Eifelpark is just under 900 meters away and within walking distance. We offer our guests with small children the option to borrow a handcart.

Outdoor activities, biking, and hiking:
The connection to the Kylltal Bike Trail is about 2 km away in the neighboring town of Hüttingen.
Beautiful walks to the nearby quarry and into the forest start right from the house.
For children, there’s a newly built playground about 300 meters away.

Bakeries, restaurants, and more:
In the neighboring village of Dudeldorf, about 1.5 km away, you’ll find a bakery, a village store, banks, and restaurants (including some with delivery service).

Public Transportation:
The nearest train stations with connections to the lines to Trier and Cologne are also very close by in the neighboring towns of Hüttingen, Phillipsheim, and Erdorf.
The bus stop with daily service to the nearest county seat, Bitburg, is 20 meters from the house.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there is a 2-day break between bookings/occupancy. Disinfectant is also provided for guests.
