Vacation home with a large garden and sunny patio, with swimming lakes nearby

Our completely renovated, comfortably furnished vacation home is located on a quiet side street in Klosterfelde, a neighborhood of Wandlitz—a resort town that has been popular since the early 20th century. Klosterfelde is just under an hour from Berlin-Mitte by car or train.
The Klosterfelde train station is an eight-minute walk from the vacation home, and the town center with its shopping options is also within walking distance. The nearest swimming lake, Lottschesee, is just a few minutes away by bike. Wandlitz Lake, with its beautiful beach, is also very close to our vacation home.
Klosterfelde is nestled in a beautiful lake landscape with many worthwhile destinations for day trips.
You’ll be staying in a fully furnished, approximately 50-square-meter house with three rooms. There are a total of four comfortable sleeping arrangements:
Living room with a pull-out couch (sleeps two, 90 x 200 cm), air conditioning, satellite TV, Blu-ray player (with 60 movies),
small bedroom (two single beds, 90 x 200 cm).
A small step leads you into the cozy dining area with a large, fold-out dining table and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need:
Kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, small oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots, dishes, and silverware, as well as a wood-burning stove.
Next door you’ll find the bathroom with a spacious shower:
Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer;
Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels can be provided.
The large garden, with plenty of space to relax and play, is accessible from both rooms in the house:
Two terraces with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol,
a covered grill area (grilling fireplace),
parking available on the property—including for RVs.
Maximum occupancy: four adults.
Our house is a smoke-free home and is allergy-friendly (linoleum and stone floors). Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed to stay with us.
For liability reasons, the primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
Please refrain from holding large parties or other events that could disturb the neighbors.
