Luxury villa with a view of the sea on the French Riviera!

The Location
Villa Euthymia – enjoy the south of France in a private setting. With panoramic views of the Côte d’Azur—from Cap Ferrat through Nice and Cap d’Antibes all the way to the Esterel—simply breathtaking!
The property is located in the town of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, whose medieval town center is within walking distance (approx. 1.5 km). The Nice Airport is about a 40-minute drive away—the nearest beaches are roughly the same distance. You can do your big grocery shopping in Vence (approx. 5 km).
The unique location is defined by the “vue mer époustouflante.” On a clear day, you can see all the way to Corsica.

The property is located in a residential neighborhood and is accessible via a cul-de-sac. The over 1,000-square-meter grounds of Villa Euthymia are situated on a quiet south-facing slope. The Mediterranean garden with a pool features various natural stone terraces that can be enjoyed depending on the season and time of day.

The villa
The villa is designed to accommodate 5 adults (entryway, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, one room with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, guest restroom, large kitchen with dining area, living room with open fireplace). It is equipped with state-of-the-art security technology (e.g., alarm system). The entrance to the property is accessed through an electrically operated gate.

The heart of the villa is the approximately 40-square-meter living-dining-kitchen area, which is perfectly equipped and features a side-by-side refrigerator. From here, you have access to the large terrace with a view of the sea.
