🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom

❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🚮 Trash chutes are located near the elevators.
🔹 Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes!
🔹 Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they NEVER stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚗 Parking passes must be purchased on site.
🔹 Parking passes are $50 each. Credit or Debit card must be used.
🔹 Max two (2) spaces allowed per unit.
🔹 Snowbird parking pass price is determined by the association. Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
🔹 Parking is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any available space.
🔹Onsite camera will photo all vehicle license plates on entry and exit.
🔹Vehicles which are not in the system will be report to security, which could lead to a warning on windshield or booting.
🔹 The cost of parking passes is set by Windward Association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

ACTIVITIES AROUND:

🏄 Beach Activities:
Since Windward Pointe is located directly on the beach, you can spend your days swimming in the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand, or trying your hand at watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, or paddle boarding.

🎡 The Wharf:
The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.
There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows

🎣 Fishing:
Orange Beach is a great place to go fishing, both inshore and offshore.
There are many charter fishing companies that offer trips for a variety of fish, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.

🐬 Dolphin Watching Tours:
Take a boat tour to see the amazing bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the waters off the Alabama coast.

🌋 Adventure Island:
🔹For a dose of family indoor and outdoor fun, head to Adventure Island. One of the largest redemption arcades in the region
🔹This amusement center offers go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, mini-golf, an arcade, and even a kiddie land for the little ones.

This 18-acre water park is just a short drive from Windward Pointe and offers a variety of water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a go-kart track.

Since Windward Pointe is located directly on the beach, you can easily walk to the beach for swimming, sunbathing, or watersports. The Wharf is also within walking distance, so you can enjoy the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options it offers.

🚲 Biking:
Biking is a great way to explore the local area. There are several bike paths in Orange Beach, and you can also rent bikes from a local shop.

🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
