The Green Dragon is a newly built, family friendly, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, "mountain modern" style home, located in Valley of the Sun. Centrally situated less than 8 miles from both Fairplay and Alma, this beautiful home sits on a high alpine, 1 acre lot with beautiful Woodland views in every direction. The single level home features Starlink WiFi, large sliding glass doors in every room, top of the line appliances and a large covered porch with comfy chairs and an outdoor propane heater. Welcome to The Green Dragon!


*The Great Room - Open-Concept living, dining and kitchen space, with comfy couches and leather lounge chairs, centered around the Smart TV. Sliding glass doors grant easy access to the large covered porch where patio furniture and the propane heater can be enjoyed. There is high-top seating for 4 at the kitchen island, with the option to use additional pull-out table seating for 4. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with a great assortment of cooking, baking and dinnerware.

*2 Bedrooms - Down a long hallway, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a plush and comfortable Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors with access to the covered patio that runs the length of the home.

*The Central Bathroom - Has a spacious single basin vanity with a LED lit makeup mirror and a private step-in shower and a standard toilet.

*The Primary Suite - Has a spacious walk-in closet, a plush and comfy King size bed, a corner desk, a ceiling fan, sliding glass doors with access to the covered patio that runs the length of the home and an En Suite Bathroom.

*En Suite Bathroom - Has a spacious double vanity, a custom tiled, step-in shower and standard toilet.

*Laundry Room - the washing machine and dryer are available for guest use.

* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* Cameras are in use near the entry door of the home and are used by the homeowners to monitor the entryway, driveway and parking area.
