After hours exploring Orlando's attractions, returning here offers a calm retreat where you can unwind, refresh, and settle into your own rhythm. With room for your whole group and access to resort amenities at ChampionsGate, the home sets the scene for shared moments, relaxed evenings, and the simple pleasure of having your own private pool.
Sleeping arrangements
Five spacious bedrooms give everyone a place to settle in. The downstairs bedroom features 1 queen bed for convenient main-floor sleeping. Upstairs, three bedrooms each offer 1 king bed, creating comfortable spaces to recharge. The fifth bedroom includes 1 twin bunk bed and 1 single bed, ideal for guests who enjoy a cozy shared room. With room for up to 10 guests, the layout supports both gathering together and slipping away for quiet time.
Indoor living
The large living area invites you to stretch out on the couches and enjoy time together, whether you're watching the flat screen TV or planning the next day's adventures. Throughout the home, essentials such as air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a washer and dryer help create an easy, comfortable stay. A dedicated workspace is available when you need to catch up or focus privately.

The full kitchen is designed for everyday meals, offering the convenience of a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
Balcony Safety Notice
Please be advised that the internal balcony is not intended for climbing, sitting, or leaning over. For your safety, do not walk on, climb over, or place weight on the railing.
Children must be supervised at all times in this area.
Management and ownership are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the balcony or failure to supervise minors.
