Great space for family vacation. 3353 square foot single family home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a pool & hot tub located in the gated community of Reunion. Guests have the home to themselves. NO WATERPARK/GOLF ACCESS We are only a phone call away should we be needed during your stay. Hosted by Central Florida Holiday Home Reunion Resort is the most sought after location for Orlando vacationers. Whether you are here for business, leisure, relaxation or visiting Walt Disney World Theme Parks,Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach water parks & Universal Studios. It is within a gated community with 24 hour security. The grounds are perfect for strolling a morning or evening walk. Tree lined pathways and beautiful flowerbeds, all within the world renowned golf courses. Parks for the children to enjoy along with 10 resort pools.

This property was perfect for our family for the week in the Orlando area. Denise was our point of contact, and she was very responsive anytime we had questions. This was as smooth as it gets when using a vacation rental. The home was very clean, and within walking distance to a couple pools in the neighborhood. Thank you so much, and we will be looking for this property or one similar next year when we are back.

Excellent property and location.

Smooth check in - Denise was efficient and got back to us immediately with our enquiries. Nice spacious villa, bigger than it looks on the pictures. Location was amazing with access to the other areas including NYE fireworks on site. We would definitely recommend this property and book again. Little extras made our stay more comfortable.

Fantastic stay in Reunion

This house was amazing. When we arrived it was all ready for us with a welcome basket and it was immaculately clean. The house is within walking distance to all the grounds restaurant, bars, pools and golf club. Everything you could possible want this house had, lots of space, great furniture and nice big bathrooms and huge walk in closets . We had a great time and would absolutely recommended it and will definitely rent it again.

Perfect for our golf trip

This home worked out perfectly for our golf trip. It was clean and stocked with all needed supplies. The hot tub was a great way to soothe a back that had too many swing on it.

Florida Golf trip

House was great. Beautiful property. Close to many golf courses. Loved the hot tub. Didn't love the Orlando traffic! Would stay here again.

Exceeded My Expectations

The property was as advertised. My family and I checked in with ease, it is conveniently located by the rear gate which is closer to the Publix, it was clean, and stocked with an abundance of toiletries. I have stayed at a number of properties within Reunion and this was the 1st time I didn't have to buy additional toiletries. Denise (the property manager) was pleasant, replied to my messages in a timely manner, and was just an overall gem. The pool and spa was the perfect size as I am the only swimmer. My family and I will certainly stay here again.

Good Stay

Nice house, easy communication, spacious. Only issue was there was construction going on everyday next door. Including men putting up gutters and dropping down on our pool area while relaxing. Not owners fault. Just we went to relax and that took away from our relax days.

More than Expected

The photos are an understatement of this property. I have stayed in a couple vacation rentals and decided hotels are a better option for me until I stayed at this property. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Good quality furniture, appliances, bedding, kitchenware, and more. The location is amazing. I felt safe and secure. The host, Denise, was amazing. She provided me with all the information I needed for checking in and for the duration of my stay. I had to call her when I first arrived and she was available and professional. I will definitely stay at this location during our next trip. :)

Such a great trip!

We had such a great trip here. As soon as we got in the kids jumped right in the pool. The house had everything you needed as far as towels, sheets and kitchen supplies. It had plenty of space! The kids loved having their own rooms. My boys shared a room and my daughter had her own room upstairs. The only thing was there wasn’t enough toiletries for the week so definitely bring your own. We were busy during the day but at night we were surprised there wasn’t a smart tv in the whole house to turn on our favorite Netflix movie. There is a garage and a driveway in the back but no garage door opener for you to use. So we ended up parking in the front mostly. Everything on the property is conveniently located. My boys played a round of golf and rented a golf cart. They had a great time but it is not included in your stay to play so it is an extra fee. The pool at seven eagles was our favorite. We rented a car for the week and took a drive to Clearwater beach one day that was fun! Over all, we would definitely recommend this place to friends and would definitely come back again!

Avoid this property!!

This was a most disappointing experience. On booking the property we were advised that we would have full access to the water park and this was a main reason for selecting this property. One week before arrival we were advised that we would no longer have access even though Vrbo were aware of this since June at a minimum. We were actually advised by reunion staff that no Vrbo properties have access to the water park so feel we were intentionally misled. In relation to the property, the air conditioning to the downstairs bedroom was not working and the room was unbearably hot. We consulted the welcome pack and ensured we followed the advice given in relation to the air conditioning exactly. I also contacted Denise the property manager in relation to this and had to follow up several times with her. A technician was sent out the next day and acknowledged that there was a problem, he advised that the problem was known about previously and there was nothing he could do about it. As a result we were left with no option but to endure sweltering conditions within the house. We sent photos of the temperatures at 80 degrees plus in the property to Denise and the only advise she could offer was to leave the bedroom door open. We feel the facilities in the house did not meet the standards expected and the management conpany were very dismissive. as a result we would not recommend this propertyand our advice woukd be to look elsewhere.. No offer of any compensation was made unless I made a review.

Reunion Resort had been allowing guests not booked through their program access to the waterpark for the past 9 months. This was mentioned during the booking process along with the information it was a "bonus" which could change. Unfortunately it did. The guests were informed before arrival and had the opportunity to cancel the reservation. Both prior and after this booking we had no AC issues. During this period the outside temperature was 100 degrees. Home AC can only cool 20-25 degrees lower than the outside temperature. As a precaution AC techs were sent. All was in working order. However it was mentioned the doors to the pool were left open. At checkout it was noted the system had been set to 50 degrees which in return had froze the system. To our future guests...access to all 10 resort pools is allowed. Just NOT the waterpark at this time. We have no AC issues.

The property was gorgeous. We loved how each family had privacy and great comfort while under the same roof. We had everything we wanted and needed. We could not hear the other family and they could not hear us . The dynamic of the home created togetherness and privacy when we needed our own space. We loved the house.
