Take in spectacular lake views from the terrace of this chic property with beautiful detailing .
This home offers breathtaking views of Lake Washington, the southern tip of Mercer Island, and on clear days, even Mount Baker to the north. Within driving distance from The Museum of Flight, Martha Washington Park, Kerry Park, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Garden and Glass, The Gum Wall and many more. Restaurants, coffee shops and groceries are also within driving distance.
The space
Enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, charming, and modern home provides convenience and relaxation. Perfect for a weekend in the city with the family, a couples getaway, or a business trip!
Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. The main floor has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the TV with Roku, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Disney+ access and other streaming app options.
Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
All bedrooms are equipped of luxury beddings and provides with the relaxation you need.
We have 2 bedrooms in upstairs and downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and a direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with a queen-sized bed with dedicated workspace and direct access to the balcony. The 4th bedroom in the downstairs suite has a sofa bed. Sofa bed is located on the blue couch.
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace/office room setup for you to use!
The dramatic view deck has outdoor seating, and a table, overlooking the amazing lake view!
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 800 Mbps, 5 free parking space in the driveway and 1 spot along the street in front of the house are all provided for the guests to use!
