A una cuadra de la playa. A cinco cuadras del pueblo de Carlsbad.

A solo una cuadra de la arena! Nuevos acabados contemporáneos modernos de mediados de siglo: electrodomésticos comerciales, barbacoa de gas natural, calefacción y aire acondicionado de alta eficiencia, Smart TV de 55 ', wi-fi ...

La suite está totalmente amueblada, y la cocina está totalmente equipada. Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas de playa. También tenemos sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf, juguetes de arena y 2 tablas de surf que se comparten con otros inquilinos.

No hay alfombras, solo lujosos pisos de porcelanato. Contadores de cuarzo de losa, duchas de lluvia Hans Grohe europeas, lavadora y secadora en la unidad. ¿Mencionamos la sala de juegos? Pinball, videojuegos, futbolín y tejo.

No se permite fumar ni mascotas en ningún lugar del establecimiento.


Excelente ubicación: no estamos "cerca de Carlsbad" y "cerca de la playa". Estamos en Carlsbad AT the Beach. Camina una cuadra al oeste de la playa! ¡Cerca de los restaurantes, las encantadoras tiendas del pueblo, el mercado de granjeros y la vida nocturna! Una vez que esté aquí, no necesitará un automóvil para explorar Carlsbad, ¡camine a todo!

We had a great time at this excellent property. Well-furnished, clean, very responsive host. Great location. Only downside is that the garage spots on either side are really tough to get into - especially when neighbors park in the driveway instead of pulling into the garage. But we were able to find street parking. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad!

Great condo for family vacation

This condo was an excellent choice for my family of four. It is close enough to the village to walk (.5 miles one way) though the neighborhood or along the coastal path and far enough to enjoy the quiet. It was only a 2-minute walk from the front door to the beach access. It really helped to have full access to the outdoor shower and the beach supply shed to clean off the sand and not have to pack our own beach stuff. We grilled and cooked at the condo a lot and the kitchen supplies included everything needed. I would rent it again and I would recommend it as a rental.

Memorial Day Getaway

Great location! 5 minute walk to the beach and close to Carlsbad Village. The rental is one of four units - the sun unit is on the top. It’s very clean and the beds are super comfortable! We were traveling as a family, so having two bathrooms was super helpful! There are mini splits in each room and lots of clean towels. The unit only has one TV in the living room, but none in the bedrooms. There is a parking spot for each unit, but they’re a tight fit, so you may have trouble if you have a large vehicle. Overall, it was great place to stay and we plan on staying there again.

Excellent Vacation

This rental was EXTREMELY clean and communication with the property manager was easy and immediate. Location was perfect for our family of 4. One block walk to the beach and a quick 10 min walk into Carlsbad Village for food and shopping. Loved the beach chairs and towels. We had a wonderful stay!

Great property, close to surf

We love being close to the water and this property is just a block away! It's clean and organized. The management was communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. The game room, grills, beach toy shed, and outdoor shower are all really nice features for a so cal beach destination. We used them all! Thank you!

Our favorite property

My family and I have been coming to Carlsbad for many years. This property is by far our favorite place to stay. Beautifully maintained, lots of included amenities, and great location. We will be back.

Excellent Place to Stay

We so enjoyed this property. It is one of the best in which I have ever stayed. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and not far from Carlsbad Village with a plethora of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the accommodations very nice, top of the line. We'll be back when we can.

Perfect Spot

The Sun Suite is a well-appointed 2 bed/2 bath and the perfect amount of space for a family of four with two young kids. Each unit gets a garage space and shares a common game room on the first floor. Awesome “gear shed” with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards. Short walk to the beach, half-mile from Carlsbad Village. Definitely staying here again.

Great Beach Apartment

The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location. Less than a block from the beach and an easy walk to all that Carlsbad Village has to offer. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great Getaway

We were so impressed with this location. The property is beautiful and well taken care off. They have so many extra amenities that helped to make our stay fun and easy. It's a short walk to the beach and to the village. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Visit with family

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. Super close to the adorable village of downtown Carlsbad with great restaurants and shopping. And of course the proximity to the beach is outstanding. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place in a great spot!

Really enjoyed our stay in our Vacation in Carlsbad condo! The unit was clean, roomy and while the weather was incredible, we loved having the AC option on certain afternoons. We walked to restaurants and the beach everyday! Nancy was fantastic to work with! We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Condo and close to the beach

The condo was beautiful and very close to the beach. It has all the amenities you need and then some. We stayed over spring break and enjoyed every minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable and one room even had black out shades to keep the sun out to allow me to sleep in, what a dream. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view with family friendly amenities.

We love that we can wake up to an ocean view and that it’s a short walk to the beach. Since we are traveling from out of state we appreciate that there are coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, and a couple bikes available so we do not have to buy them. The game room is another favorite!
