With hotel-style Bedsure linens and new Slumber Solutions mattresses, this 3-bed, 2-bath luxury home accommodates 6 adults in the bedrooms, 2 adults on a new sleeper sofa, and 1 child in the provided pack 'n play.

Experience the finest in California living with the brand new custom heated pool and wrap around deck (does not have jets). Our pool is perfect for kids to splash around and swim while parents unwind on the outdoor patio. And for adults looking to have their own fun, it can fit 6-7 adults comfortably, perfect for poolside drinks and refreshing dips or relaxing after a day of adventures. Our cowboy pool is 22 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter - it has a cover. During the summer months, our pool is set to the mid-80s. This is to ensure the water remains refreshing during the warm weather and to maintain the safety of all guests and children.



Please Note: While we do offer a heated pool, there may be times when it does not reach its full heating potential due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We always strive to keep everything running optimally for your stay, but refunds will not be provided if the heater is not working as expected. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and direct access to the home. There are no shared spaces.



We have a large 2 car driveway along with a private garage that will fit another car. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, there is ample free street parking in front of the house as well. We provide you and everyone in your group, smooth and safe access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This small pocket of Carlsbad west of the 5 Freeway is in the highly sought after Coastal Zone. Our home is less than 5 blocks from the stunningly beautiful Tamarack Beach. A short 10-minute walk, Tamarack or Carlsbad State Beach is perfect for families, surfers and those who are looking to simply relax. There is also a large parking lot on the beach where families can also park if you'd like to drive instead. Everything you need is right there, Vons supermarket is across the street as well as a gas station and a brand new Starbucks coffee shop. You can walk everywhere and drive when desired with easy in and out access to the freeway and side streets.



Getting Around:

This location is unbeatable—walk to Carlsbad’s top spots or use our brand-new bikes. Easy access to Ubers makes trips to the beach, bars, and restaurants a breeze.

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.



*Please Note: Proximity to Carlsbad Coaster Train Line. To ensure a comfortable stay, we’ve provided blackout curtains, white noise machines, and disposable earplugs. We rarely receive any noise-related feedback, and most guests find that the proximity to the ocean far outweighs any sound from the train. 😊



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.
