Vacation apartment with a balcony, two terraces, and a large lawn for sunbathing

Our vacation rental sleeps 2 to 6 people. The warmly decorated living area with a kitchen (dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.), a cozy sofa with an ottoman, satellite TV, and a charming dining nook invites you to relax and feel at home. The vacation rental features three bedrooms (two with double beds; in one, the beds are separate). Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets round out the amenities. You’ll have access to a balcony with a magnificent panoramic view, or alternatively, two terraces and a large lawn for relaxing, enjoying a cup of coffee, or hosting a barbecue. Upon request, we offer a bread roll delivery service and eggs from our chickens. Use of the washer and dryer, as well as Wi-Fi, is included. The beds are made, and towels and dish towels are provided. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Pets are allowed upon request (5.00 EUR/night + 30.00 EUR final cleaning fee). The visitor’s tax of 1.65 EUR per person/night for guests aged 15 and older and 0.80 EUR per person/night for children aged 6 and older will be charged separately on-site. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.
