To comply with legal requirements and community security policies, guests may be required to complete a verification process before check-in, which may include:
• Providing a valid government-issued photo ID
• Verifying contact information
• Providing a credit card that matches the name on the ID
• Completing our secure guest verification portal
• Undergoing a background screening if required by the property or building
Privacy Notice: Information collected during verification is used solely for identity and security screening purposes.
Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before check-in. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You will comply with all rental terms, house rules, and community policies.
• A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card may be required prior to arrival.
• Additional screening may be required if mandated by the property management company or building.
• Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been successfully completed.
Failure to comply with property rules may result in removal from the property without refund. Any costs associated with enforcement of house rules will be the responsibility of the guest.
Damage Protection
Prior to check-in, guests must choose one of the following:
• $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver, or
• $350 refundable Security Deposit Hold (not a charge and released after checkout if no damage is reported)
Pet Policy (Pet-Friendly Units Only)
Approved dogs and cats are welcome.
• Pet Fee: $20 per pet, per night
• Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
• No weight restrictions
• Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws
Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee.
Restricted Breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
Property Monitoring & Security
• Noise monitoring devices are installed to measure noise levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio. Tampering with monitoring equipment may result in additional fees.
• Security cameras are installed in exterior common areas and hallways for the safety and security of residents and guests.
