Our building has a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. There is another two-bedroom apartment in the attic. All apartments have free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchenettes, and an outdoor seating area. Laundry facilities (dryer and clothesline) are located in the basement and are available for shared use. Towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens are provided. Out of consideration for others, smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Free on-site parking is available, subject to availability. This 2-room attic vacation apartment consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The living area is approximately 60 m². The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a single bed. The single bed is a pull-out bed. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living-dining area. The kitchenette is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher. From the outdoor seating area, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Predigtstuhl and Staufen.
The RupertusTherme at Rupertuspark is only 400 meters away, as are the riverside trails of the Nonner Au Nature Park. The spa facilities, spa park, and downtown are all within a few minutes’ walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.
