With us, you can spend your vacation in a 97-square-meter duplex apartment right in the historic district of Bad Reichenhall—while still enjoying the coziness of your own garden with an outdoor sauna. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2012 with an emphasis on ecological principles. The exterior retains the patina of an old townhouse—a feature that even earned approval from a film studio (for the movie *Blackout*). On the first floor is the open-concept living-dining room with a kitchenette and a guest bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room area features a pull-out couch (sleeping area: 140 cm x 220 cm) and a smart TV. Upstairs is a separate bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and the large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this floor. Each bedroom also has a closet. The two floors are connected by a wooden staircase inside the apartment. It starts in the living room and ends in the large bedroom. If needed, you can close a hatch to separate the two rooms from each other. The staircase is somewhat steeper than what people are used to, so I recommend it only for people up to age 65. In addition, the apartment has two entrances—one on the first floor and one on the upper floor (connected via the stairwell). The total living area is 97 m².
