With four spacious bedrooms (including a main-floor suite ideal for grandparents or anyone avoiding stairs), Sun Kissed is perfectly suited for multi-generational families or groups traveling together.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area keeps everyone connected, while the outdoor patio invites you to unwind under the stars around the firepit. Just steps from the community pool and equipped with a 6-seater golf cart and bikes, Sun Kissed makes exploring 30A, Gulf Place, and the shimmering Emerald Coast effortless. And best of all? The beach is less than half a mile away—sun, sand, and salty breezes are always within easy reach.

This top-tier access offers ADA-friendly ramps, restrooms, picnic shelters, parking, beach wheelchairs, and seasonal lifeguards—making it ideal for families of all ages.
