Take it Easy is exactly what you will do. This beautiful home has all you need, a spacious, bright living room stacking sliding doors that open to the backyard creating indoor/outdoor living. The backyard is truly unique with a private pool, string lights with Jasmine wrapped around it, a patio with plenty of seating, a daybed swing, and a grilling area. The dining area is large enough to fit all your family and friends with a table for eight and island seating for four. The kitchen features wood-stained cabinets, leathered granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, a new refrigerator with dual ice makers & gas range with a drawer microwave. The 1st floor also features a master suite, with an ensuite featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. ½ bath is also located on the first floor. Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, each with their own bath & a loft area. Also, just out the back gate is easy access to the community basketball court. On the left of the home is an enclosed, private outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! Just down the road is Gulf Place with its many options for dining including neighborhood favorites like Shunk Gulley and Perfect Pig.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Beach Access:
Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is only 0.3 mile from the home, approximately a 5-7 minute walk, or a 1-2 minute bike ride. This is the public access located at the dead end of Hwy 393 at Gulf Place, where you can find tons of great shopping and dining options. The beach access has parking, restrooms, and outdoor showers. There is a beach vendor at this location, so you can reserve professional beach chair setups on the beach, or you can bring your own beach gear.
Pool Heating is available from November through April to ensure a comfortable swimming experience during the cooler months. However, please note that heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. This is because heat pump pool heaters become significantly less efficient in colder conditions and may be subject to increased wear and tear. For this reason, pool heating is only offered when temperatures allow for safe and effective operation!
Golf Carts:
Golf carts are a great way to explore the scenic views along 30A and to get back and forth from the beach and area restaurants. This is a golf cart friendly community, allowing one golf cart rental per home.
Parking:
Take It Easy has designated parking for four vehicles in the driveway.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
