Lifted up into the pine trees, this newly built home is truly unique with a dramatic vaulted 25ft ceiling, floor to roof windows, a mix of rustic and modern decor, spa-like bathroom, private balcony overlooking the forest, and many special wellness amenities.

The space
This newly built home provides the luxury of a 5 star hotel and all comforts of home in a unique forest setting. Bright, stylish, and welcoming. The main living space boasts dramatic 25 foot slanted ceilings with wall to wall windows. The fully-loaded kitchen offers all the utensils and tools you could ever want and more! You'll find the beautifully decorated master suite equipped with an ensuite balcony overlooking the forest and a bonus wellness space built into the oversized closet. The spa-like bathroom offers a rain-like shower with forest views and a tub for soaking.

Make yourself at home when you first walk in to the beautiful, bright living space - open and close all 13 window shades with a just the push of a button! Then check out the fully-loaded kitchen with a stocked coffee bar and pantry full of unique flavors, spices, and oils. Next, stop by the reading nook in the bedroom suite or step onto the balcony for some fresh forest air, but don't forget to explore the wellness space filled with gadgets and gizmos to boost your vitality! Try some red light therapy, read a mind-expanding book, practice yoga, meditate, play a mindful card game, draw, or try out the virtual reality headset. Guest access
You will have access to the treehouse, carport below the treehouse, forest balcony, and forest area behind the treehouse. Please note: the yard and firepit in front of the treehouse belongs to the main house.

Nestled in the forest of Decatur and super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities. Including Decatur Square, the Fernbank Museum, Avondale Lake, Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and the Beltline. Easy access to the airport, major roadways and public transportation (MARTA). The Avondale Estates lake, shops, and restaurants are only 2 miles away and downtown Decatur is only 3 miles - an easy/cheap Uber ride!

This home is great for business travelers, city seekers, couples, and families with older kiddos. It's not ideal for toddlers or anyone needing special accessibility as it is lifted up on stilts and requires climbing steep stairs.

The treehouse is tucked back into the forest behind the main house. You will enter the property from the main road and follow the driveway all the way down the gravel road and park under the treehouse.
