Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic in this oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the Covington Towers building in north Ocean City!. Set in a quiet, family-friendly oceanfront building, this condo offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The highlight of the home is the extended oceanfront balcony, offering beautiful, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. It's an ideal place to relax, dine outside, or simply enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, the condo features a full kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sleep sofa, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a full bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it perfect for families or groups. For added convenience, all linens are provided, and the unit also includes a private washer and dryer.
Guests will find thoughtful touches throughout the condo, including a starter package of household essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, coffee, creamer, and sugar. A variety of board games are available for entertainment on quieter nights.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:
Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout. No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not. Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors. Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately. Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings. The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. Quiet hours: 10pm-6am
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Before you head out: 1. Take out the trash. 2. Load and start the dishwasher. 3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.

This was a great spot! The beach access could not be easier. The place is comfortable and was an excellent place for our 4 kids (8m-9 years) to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer! The area is also really nice- low key and perfect for families. Jack was an incredible host. Highly recommend!

I spent the week working remotely from this condo, and I can't say enough good about this place. Carts and an elevator to bring your luggage in. Perfect location with views that take your breath away. A nice big balcony with plenty of seating - perfect to lounge or have a drink on. Beach lockers so you don't have to lug your gear back and forth to the sand, which meant a lot because I was still working full shifts. Nice desks and actual desk chairs so I don't kill my back while I work. There are also two desks, so if you bring a partner you can both work remotely! Very nice appliances and a good sized kitchen. Open concept and the screen doors as an option for the patio doors was perfection. I loved the little breezeway entrance to knock off sand, the dressing room attached to the bedroom with extra storage, and the collapsible tray tables so I could lounge on the couch and work or eat. Close to Food Lion, Wawa, restaurants, and anything you need. Host was clear in communications, had reasonable expectations for check-in and check-out, and the wifi for working was strong and I never had an issue with it. If you're looking to stay here for a workcation or want a true getaway for a vacation, you can't go wrong here!!

We are 2 older gals who get together each year in O.C. Over the past 10 years we have visited, there has been always something that happened or could not enjoy about the previous units. We have finally found the one to come back to next year. The parking was very convenient to the small elevator, and we were glad to not have to use stairs. Thank you for putting a digital lock box on the door - those keyed ones are such a hassle to use. The unit was sparkling clean. Not one ounce of dust or dirt. Well stocked kitchen. Great coffee maker - bring your own fav ground and paper towels. There were extra toilet paper rolls and clean linens on the beds. The only negative thing I would say is that the furniture is a bit outdated, but we enjoyed sitting and relaxing all the same. Good wi-fi connections and the TVs were nice. Washer and dryer.I would recommend bringing your detergent and dryer sheets that you want 2 use. The balcony was fine for us 2. Bar-high andriondack chairs with extra lower chairs and stools we could sit on and enjoy the view. Walking to the beach was the best trail we have walked. Minimal incline and a short distance to the water. On the last night, it was windy and the latch on the deck shutters came loose - maybe have instructions on how to anchor it when that happens? The absolute best part is that we had a direct contact with management about questions we had. They responded quickly and that pretty much sold us for next year. Thank you, Jack!
