¡Ideal para familias! Bellamente decorada unidad de condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, primer piso con terraza muy grande frente a la playa (¡apuesto a que es uno de los más grandes de todo Ocean City!), estacionamiento privado y sorprendentes vistas al mar! Plano de planta abierto con aire acondicionado central. El dormitorio principal frente al mar tiene vista al mar, 2 camas queen y baño en suite. Dos dormitorios con 2 camas individuales. Mostradores de granito en cocina renovada, lavadora / secadora, Wi-Fi, televisión por cable, alfombra nueva, todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes. ¡Abra la puerta de atrás, salga de la terraza a la playa! Literalmente puede estacionar su automóvil, y le importa aquí y caminar hasta todo lo que quiera hacer. Sol, surf, arena ... ¡y tú!

This place is awesome! Being on the first floor is a plus because my group of friends is 70 and we loved being right on the beach. The location is great - we walked the beach every day and still had time to visit the other local beaches. There are lots of local shops and places to eat. Ashlee, the owner, was wonderful - excellent communication and always available. I highly recommend and plan to rent this condo again!

This home is beautiful and in the perfect location. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and the sunrise over the ocean, and ending our days with dinner on the deck while enjoying the stunning beach views. We’re already planning to return next summer.

This property was right on the beach! We enjoyed the location as being steps away from the beach and located close enough to amenities in both OC and Delaware. The house is very well kept, very clean, beautifully decorated, and was comfortable to accommodate our family with an open living room/kitchen, two full baths and a deck, to have morning coffee and dinners in. The beach wasn't crowded in that section at all! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!

Our family enjoyed a week in June. Beautiful home, incredible location, quiet, awesome communication with homeowners, and just what we needed! We had a few days of rain and overcast skies but made the best of it and had a great time! We've been staying in North OC for many years, and although there have been many changes in the area, it still feels like home. Thank you, Ashlee, for sharing your home. We look forward to visiting again!

This condo was perfect for our needs. We were wanting a little getaway as a family that would be peaceful, restful and easy. This place was right on the beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and looking right out and seeing water. It was also so nice to be in the quieter part of Ocean City. It is still a super convenient location - close to some yummy seafood, ice cream and mini golf, but quiet and away from crowds, which we all really appreciated. The condo was also quite clean and new which was so nice to walk into. Thank you all so much. I'm including a few photos of the incredible sunrises we experienced (nice to be able to stumble out of bed that early for them.)

Great Girls Getaway!

The property was so well kept, and we LOVED the decor'! We went there for a Mom's get away over Mother's Day weekend and even though the weather wasn't great we were able to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves! Ashlee was amazing to work with and we hope to be able to rent this unit from her again sometime!

We have been to this property twice ans both times have been great. This place is perfect for my young family. Last year our youngest started walking here and being on on ground level was really helpful coming and going. This year being able to go back and forth to the beach with ease is amazing. Highly recommend for a young family looking a beach adventure with a lot of things are super convenient.

It’s about 20 mins drive to the ocean city boardwalk but the place is quite and nice . Good ocean views out the windows , if I didn’t want to shop , would be the best place and best price . East parking spot and checking process . Easy communication with the owners.

Private access to the dunes made it easier to accommodate a variety of needs across a significant range in ages. Nice hose washing station just off deck for rinsing feet and beach gear. Easy to climb on and off the back porch, only one step. Condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze.

The condo is exactly how the photos look. We were able to communicate very easily with the hosts. Check in & check out was easy. Very clean, able to walk to mini golf, restaurants & ice cream! Out of hosts control, the beach was extremely crowded.

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights and wished it could be longer. The condo was beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated with a lovely beach theme. The beautiful sliding glass door and windows make you feel you are right on the beach. We were able to enjoy the sound of the waves and views from the comfy couch and didn't even mind that the weather didn't cooperate. The deck and fenced in area off the living room is perfect for kids to play while you're getting ready for the day. Overall a great stay! We would stay again with no hesitation.

Excellent location for the beach

So nice to walk right out onto the beach with your things. Within seconds we were on a nice family beach. Ground level is great! Also, the covered carport with a private parking spot designated for you directly in front of the entry door was fabulous! No hot car! It was so easy carrying luggage, food, souvenirs etc. Made coming and going places very easy knowing that we had a spot waiting for us in front of the door. Condo was just as described. Clean, and nice. Looked just as the pictures show. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were already there. I brought ours, so hope this helps others. I also saw sand toys, and a beach umbrella in the condo as well. Great to know because it saves car space if you are traveling to just use what is already there. My son, and I played the wooden chess game in the cabinet. The games are a nice touch! Oh, and the ocean sounds/views from the sliding door, and bedroom window was great! So peaceful. I would slide the bedroom window open and listen to the ocean for a bit before bed. Communication from the owners was wonderful! Ashlee had great suggestions to places to dine, and recreation. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Matt and Ashlee were excellent hosts. They accommodated some special requirements we had and kept us updated on concerns we had about the approaching storm. This was our second year staying and Ashlee and Mark’s. The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach and close to all the places we like when we visit OC. Family friendly and much quieter than southern OC, which we prefer!

We are born and bred Eastern Shorans (is that a word? if not, it is now)! We grew up in and still live about 45 minutes away in Laurel, DE with our two young sons. We spent and still spend as much of our free time as we can going to Ocean City and Fenwick Island. We love the Eastern Shore way of life, and everything it has to offer.

North Ocean City is quiet, clean and safe. We dreamed of owning here for a long time, and the dream finally came true in 2014. Our place has everything we wanted; beachfront, a big deck we can enjoy the sun and surf from, a nice kitchen, and plenty of room for our boys to spread out!

The gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and the big, oceanfront deck were all we needed to fall in love with this place! It's a condo that really feels like a house.
