PARKING INFO

Your reservation with us did not include any parking fees. The Oasis requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. Parking packets are $60 per pass, and include your resort wristbands. There is a limit of two passes per unit during holidays once capacity is reached. In your check in email from Alabama Getaway you will find a link to register and purchase your parking passes from The Oasis HOA.

All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats! Our hand picked cleaning service has performed spectacularly for all of our properties and we can assure your unit will be ready for your arrival!



WHAT WE STOCK

As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. The Oasis is not set up as a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.



SPECIAL NOTES

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* No pets allowed.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.

* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

* Please do not throw items off the balconies. You will be seen by the security cameras dedicated to identifying the balcony from which the item is thrown and doing so will result in immediate eviction by PW2 security.
