Esta unidad de 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños frente al golfo tiene aproximadamente 2,500 pies cuadrados con un enorme balcón envolvente con acceso desde la sala de estar y todas las habitaciones. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande de azulejos con doble cabezal de ducha y tocador doble. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera también tienen una cama king con baño privado, y la cuarta habitación ofrece dos camas queen y baño privado. Todas las habitaciones disponen de Smart TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray. Esta unidad cuenta con un sofá cama con colchón de espuma viscoelástica en la sala de estar, 65 pulgadas 4K, 3D, Smart TV y reproductor de DVD. También hay dos camas plegables dobles. Condo was beautiful, clean, everything we needed. Everything was GREAT until the condo door locked me out early during check out at 9:00 while I was taking out the trash. My children were still in the unit sleeping. I did have my phone and called and got the code changed but BEWARE! You can be locked out early while you’re trying to pack the car and take out trash so plan accordingly. When ask why this safety issue would happen the customer service representative states “it just happens sometimes you know Electronics” Please have your phone on you with the call center # at all times in case you leave the unit and get locked out early or let family know you are leaving the room so they can be available to open the door. Don’t leave children in unit take them with you to drop trash.

Summer vacation

Great place to stay. Plenty of room. Was able to park on same level as unit. Definitely a plus. Didnt have to fight luggage in the elevators. Elevators little slow at peak beach hours but to be expected in my opinion.Would stay again

Family trip

Everything was great. We absolutely loved this condo and property. Elevators were little hard to get but other than that we had the best trip. Had everything for adults and children. Will def stay here again

Girls' Trip

Cons: BEWARE. You do not deal with an owner. You deal with Liquid Life Vacation Rentals, and they are TERRIBLE. They did not respond to email requests prior to check in. I had to call them. They give false information on the phone so be sure you get the name of who you talk to. They send emails with conflicting information. Our check in email a month before arrival said check in was at 3:00pm so we made travel arrangements based on that. The week of arrival they sent emails and texts that indicated check in was at 4:00pm. I called and spoke to management and was told management changed in January and they were still sorting things out, meaning they weren't responsible for the incorrect email that was sent in March. They advised us to schlep our luggage to a nearby restaurant or arcade until 4:00pm. On the arrival day, I received an email and text that we could check in at 3:00pm. The door codes DO NOT work even 1 minute before your arrival time so don't bother trying. One of the bathrooms had no linens and they didn't bring more until the next day so check that upon arrival. Pros: The Oasis is a great property. We have stayed there as a group many times. The condo is huge. The beds are comfortable. The couch needs to be replaced. The beds need blankets and some throw blankets in the living room would be nice. Will NOT rent another condo at this property if it is managed by LIQUID LIFE.

Most beautiful condo

This condo is the most beautifully furnished place we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for many years. It was super clean. The lazy river is very relaxing. It’s close to many restaurants and attractions. This is a corner unit on the west end, so the balcony was huge, and the sunsets were amazing. We will definitely book this again on any future trips!

Nice stay

We had a great vacation. The condo was clean and roomy. We had 11 people and it was big enough to visit together and get away from each other too. Well stocked kitchen and the building had a lot too. We were contacted a couple of times from the owner to make sure everything was ok. Beach was beautiful!

Mothers Day stay

The condo was very nice, clean, beautiful view. Kitchen cookware like pots, pans, utensils, need to add more, the griddle needs to be replaced. The only big issue was the work taking place in the parking garage, could not park on the 7th or 8th floors and other floors also for all the concrete dust and machinery, which caused parking issues and at $45-$50 parking pass per vehicle was not good business in my opinion. Overall we all had a very good time.

Wonderful family time at the Beach

We liked the property but were a little concerned after lightning struck the top of the building and concrete fell from the top of the building onto the area adjacent to the grills. Thankfully, no one was walking there at the time. Mattresses in our unit (801) need replacement; otherwise all was very nice.

Really Nice Condo

Loved the property. We like to cook & there was not enough pots for my liking. Also there weren’t enough face towels in for each room. But overall everything was nice. Easy communication with property management.

Parking on the 8th floor made for convenient coming/going. Pool area and beach access was very nice and my grandchildren loved every minute. Unit was ready promptly at 3 to check in and checkout process via text was simple and quick. If I had one criticism, more dish towels/dish cloths would be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs updating to meet the standards of PW2. Back a/c did not cool back rooms, two maintenance guys came by but all they could say was the thermostat was not accurate. One dish towel and no pot holders. Master bathroom shower had nothing to place shampoo/soap on so had to put on floor..husband has bad back..had to put sand bucket to help him. Pool closed at different times..

Lovely beach stay

Very nice and spacious. Everything working well. Great views of the ocean. Only slight complaint would be the seating area in the living room. The sectional was a little difficult for an elderly member of our group to get comfortable on and sit up from. Otherwise, no problems at all. Very convenient to parking with the parking deck at that 8th floor which is a huge benefit to not have to wait for an elevator when moving in and out. Would definitely stay here again.
