Our team made efforts to repair and stabilize it before your stay; however, it appears that this explanation and the steps taken were not fully acknowledged, and we understand how this may have still been frustrating upon arrival. Regarding the additional concerns you mentioned, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. The conditions described are not reflective of our usual standards, and we are actively reviewing our cleaning and inspection processes with our team to ensure these types of issues are properly addressed before guest arrival. We also regret that the home did not feel comfortable during your stay, particularly with the concerns about temperature and overall condition.
