Ideal for family getaways, this spacious home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an entertaining kitchen and dining area, plus a patio with hot tub and fire pit. Just a 10-minute drive to Vail Village while being tucked away into the pristine Eats Vail neighborhood.

- Bedroom 2: Two single beds with closet
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with closet
- Shared full bath with shower/tub, dual vanity, and laundry room with washer/dryer

- Full bath with shower
Third Floor (Main Landing):
- Living area with two leather sofas, 2 sitting chairs, smart TV, expansive views of the mountains, and gas fireplace
