Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

No Parties: We respect our neighbors. Noise monitors are in place.

Climate Control: Window A/C units in bedrooms (seasonal); fans provided. The basement stays naturally cool!

Propane/Wood: We provide the grill and fire pit; guests are responsible for refill the propane tank if it is empty and firewood (available at nearby gas stations).

Other things to note
No smoking inside of the house. Additional fee will be added if it smells of smoke, any substance or burn mark found on home depending on the damage.

Any complaints or things need to be addressed we ask that please reach out on the day of arrival so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. So far there are none, but we want your stay to be happy, worry free, comfortable and focus on making beautiful memories.
