Perched above the coast and just a short, peaceful distance from the enchanting sands of Neahkahnie Beach, this serene retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Tucked away on a quiet, private road shared by only a few homes, this thoughtfully designed sanctuary offers a rare blend of privacy, beauty, and effortless coastal living.



The main residence unfolds into an open-concept living, dining, and gourmet kitchen space, where expansive windows frame sweeping views of the rugged coastline and the vast Pacific Ocean beyond. Close by is a light-filled, peaceful room—perfect as a yoga or meditation studio—includes a half bath and can double as a 4th sleeping area. The home also features a laundry room, three tranquil bedrooms with stunning ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain views, and two beautifully appointed full bathrooms designed for comfort and restoration.



Step outside onto over 1,000 square feet of wraparound mahogany decking that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living. Follow the decks to a detached sauna and storage building, and enjoy the refreshing, sheltered outdoor shower—ideal after a beach walk or sauna session. Thoughtfully sited to shield you from the summer northwest winds, the home encourages days spent dining al fresco, lounging in the sun, or simply taking in the ever-changing coastal panorama.



When winter storms roll in, retreat indoors to the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, curl up with a book, and prepare nourishing meals in the well-equipped kitchen as waves crash in the distance. The Neighborhood:

Sea to Sky Retreat is located in North Manzanita, Neahkahnie Mountain area, just a couple of blocks up from the beach!



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours/emergency phone number to call if needed too.
