2x 3BR in Same Building, Ski-in/Out+valet, hot tub

The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. You will be only 220 yards from Frostwood Gondola, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience and complimentary ski valet service. When you're not on the slopes, unwind on the sundeck, maintain your fitness routine in the gym, or relax your muscles in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

Reserve the movie room for a private movie experience or enjoy games, pool table, ping pong, etc. in the club house with a large fireplace.

•The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 250 feet apart. 

The spacious 3BR suites are elegantly furnished with mining and mountain-themed decor, with a gas fireplace in the living room and the primary bedroom. Enjoy home-cooked meals from your fully equipped kitchen, or order delivery and eat in the large separate dining area. A washer and dryer are also in each unit to wash and dry your ski clothes after a grueling day on the slopes.

The bed configuration changes from unit to unit. If you have any bedding preferences, please let us know in advance so we can place a request, but please do understand no guarantees are possible.

The staff can always join the twins to create one larger bed if desired.

Two parking spots in total are included in the underground parking garage. Please note- parking near ski slopes/restaurants/attractions is difficult to find in Park City during ski season. Uber/Lyft/Shuttle Services are convenient.

• Check-in takes place at the fully staffed registration office, which offers luggage storage before and after your stay as needed. While guests have access to all the advertised resort amenities, which are communal, your suite is your own private space.

Other things to note:
• The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card at check-in for a security deposit of $250 per unit.
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at check-in.
• Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
• Each unit could be on a different floor.
• The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact views and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
