Newly Owned and Newly Painted. This quant studio bedroom 300 ft condo in a private community is perfect for your escape to Atlantic Beach. Inside, guests find a peaceful space featuring a new queen bed and a futon, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Just across the street is a path with direct access to the beach. The Unit is located right by the pool/ kiddy pool for easy access and viewing. The condo offers both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort no matter the season.
The kitchen has a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, cups, utensils, and pots and pans for cooking. With a Grocery store just 2 minutes up the road, you can quickly pick up any necessities.
In the bathroom, you can shower or take a nice bath.
Included with the rental are bed sheets for queen bed, (full size sheets are available for futon), 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes, a dish cloth and hand towel, sheets will be setup for queen bed. Additional sheets and pillows are in cabinet for futon if needed.
The back area of the condo has a grassy area with a view of the sound side, with glider seats and there are grills for outside cooking. It’s a marvelous spot to unwind.

Some of the nearby places to enjoy are the NC Aquarium, Miniature golf or Fort Macon State Park. Visit NC Maritime Museum - The Blackbeard Museum located in Beaufort, 18 minutes away. You can take a ferry trip to Cape Lookout, go see the wild horses on Shackleford Island, or collect sand dollars on Sand Dollar Island, about 35 minutes away. There are also plenty of shops and Restaurants nearby on the island, or just 15 minutes over the bridge in Morehead City for more shopping and restaurants.

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND OBEY THE LIMITED RULES. We do have a property manager that is at the Condo Complex regularly.

NOTE (POOL): Children may NOT be left unattended at the Pool.
- No GLASS/SMOKING/TOBACCO PRODUCTS in in the pool area.
- NO food or drinks in the pool.
- Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. POOL CLOSES FOR SEASON in SEPT 30th or OCT if it's still warm - you can inquire with me so I can confirm dates with property manager.

TRASH & DISHES
- The cleaning fee does NOT include taking out the trash or cleaning dirty dishes, drying and putting clean dishes away.
- Place any trash from the unit in the Dumpsters before leaving and make sure any dishes or pots/pans are washed, dried and put away.

PARKING PASSES
- You will need to place a parking pass in your car where it is visible so that you will not be towed. Please put the pass back into the room when you check out. Lost or passes taken home will result in $50 being kept from your deposit to pay the HOA for a replacement.

LINENS:
- Linens are provided for queen bed and futon, 4 Bath towels, 4 wash clothes.
**Bring your own beach towels! Or you can pick up beach towels at the shops up the road.

Dish soap, a roll of paper towel and toilet paper will be provided.


OTHER INFO:
- Minimum age to rent is 25 (except dependent children)
- No more than 4 people in the unit - no exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you break this rule.

- NO SMOKING in unit
Smoking is only allowed at designated areas OUTSIDE on the property - Not near any common areas or any condo unit.

NO PETS
- Only owners are allowed to have Pets on the ground.

NOTE (DECK): If an Owner has reserved the deck area for an event, it will not be available to anyone else.

NO RENTERS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE A BOAT OR TRAILER OF ANY TYPE ON THE PROPERTY. RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE DOCKS.
