The modernly furnished, non-smoking 3-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on a quiet side street in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The apartment is on the first floor and features two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchenette, and a south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind.
Through a separate entryway, you’ll have access to the fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and window, one bedroom, the living room with an adjoining kitchen, and another bedroom.
The bright living room features a large and cozy sofa area, a TV, a DVD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi, as well as a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with a built-in range hood, a raised oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV, as well as a pull-out daybed, a TV, and storage options. Additionally, the bedrooms can be darkened using exterior blinds.
The second TV in the smaller bedroom also features a built-in DVD player.
A small, separate storage room offers additional space for larger pieces of luggage. A high chair is also available upon request.
A parking space in the building’s courtyard is also available for this apartment. Additional parking is available in the surrounding side streets. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.—please return the key to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
