This rental is located in the heart of beautiful Seal Beach within walking distance of all amenities, one block from the beach. Absolutely seamless stay and would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Fantastic location.

Great experience. Very nice place. Amazing location (close to the beach, downtown, and restaurants. All minor issues taken care of quickly (we stayed for 3 months) with good communication from the host. Would absolutely stay again.

Been Here Before

We were here the month of September 2017 and obviously enjoyed it so much that we returned for the month of September 2019. The condo is very open and spacious, updated kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. It is a great location to just relax, walking the beach, shopping and having fun. also, we really appreciated having a garage as street parking is very limited.

Location, location, location

This property is extremely clean and well maitained. Everything you want is in walking distance, main street, restaurants and shops, the beach is about a block away. The unit is in a quiet area and has a 2 car tandem garage. Your own washer and dryer in garage. Nice patio with BBQ.

Super nice apartment, great location, awesome owners

Together with my husband and 5 years old son, I rented this unit for 45 days in April-May 2019 right after relocating from Boson, and while we looked for a permanent residence. We were very pleased with the extremely good location (just a few short blocks from the main street in Seal Beach and a few minutes walk to the sea), the layout and style of the unit, the cleanliness of the place and the fact that we could park our two cars in the garage. The communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant. They provided all the details we needed for the operation of the equipment and appliances, and were always prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had. The neighborhood is quiet and the place is very silent (apart from children playing outside in the alleyway between ~5 and 7PM), so we had very good night sleeps while there. The kitchen is open to the living/TV room, so the family can be enjoying TV or interacting while food is being prepared. We loved everything about this place, and highly recommend it.

Fully Equipped Two Bedroom Two Bath

I stayed at this property for the second time during the month of August 2018. It is very clean, nicely furnished, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The property has an outdoor grill and patio, washer/dryer accessible in the garage, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is very centrally located with restaurant, shops, grocery store, beach - all within close proximity. The property owner has always been very responsive and attentive to my needs. I have stayed here twice while visiting my daughter and will definitely plan to stay here again! Thank you for another great experience, Stella and John!

Thought of every detail-So clean and comfortable!

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need and is as comfortable as home. It is located on a quiet residential street, yet it's just steps from the beach and a short walk to Main Street restaurant and shops. We didn't miss one thing during our several week stay. The owners are available and responsive but leave you to enjoy your trip on your own unless you reach out to them. We felt like locals and can't wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

This little getaway couldn't have been more perfect. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and impressed by attention to maintenance. Every detail was provided for a comfortable stay including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, quality bedding and kitchen linens, dishes, wine glasses, cookware, blenders, crockpot, dishwasher etc. Having a garage space for tandom parking with exercise bike, washer and dryer was a bonus. Seal Beach is a quaint little quiet community. Everything is within walking distance including library, variety of excellent restaurants, gift and apparel shops, and grocery store. The Long Beach Marina is also an easy walk, less than 2 miles. We will definitely be returning next year.

Everything excellent. We were there for the month of March 2016. A beautiful place in an excellent location. We especially enjoyed walking the beach every day. Lots of garage space and an on-site washer and dryer. Book it; you'll love it!

The Perfect Place

Not only was February the 3rd warmest in history but our experience at this rental was "Perfect". The location of the unit is very close to everything, only a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. It is very modern and has everything you could possibly need. The layout of the unit, along with the beautiful deck, is perfect which made it easy for us to do some family entertaining. It's very important to have a garage in Seal Beach and this unit has a large garage with washer and dryer facilities. We would love to stay at the unit again if it's ever available for us Wisconsin Snowbirds.

Best Ever!

We have spent the last nine years snow-birding in Seal Beach during December and January, and staying in this rental was the best experience ever. Perfect location, perfect amenities, immaculate...........a true home away from home. The roomy garage parking and dedicated washer and dryer topped it off. We will return in a heartbeat if it is ever available again during our vacation months! Kudos to the caring owners.

Excellent five star

We spent two months here and were very pleased. The location is excellent, being close to the sand and to Main Street. It is modern and has up-to-date appliances and frnishings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Central air conditioning for the rare days when needed. It also has a garage space, which is useful in Seal Beach where parking can be difficult. It has a private patio with an expensive bbq and a nice seating area. I don't have anything negative to say about this property and recommend it highly.

The best vacation spot in the U.S.

We stayed at Zen C for 10 weeks and loved it! The apartment is well-appointed, clean, efficient, and modern. The beach we visited at least 3-4 times a week is a short walk past other residences in a friendly neighbourhood. Stella and John are attentive owners who are both friendly and helpful. The apartment has all the amenities of home with a modern TV, outdoor eating area, BBQ, and well stocked kitchen. The bed is comfortable and the morning sun coming in the kitchen window is beautiful. We would happily have stayed longer if we could have. Everything is close by -- bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. We had bikes and spent hours biking along the San Gabriel canal. Long Beach was an easy bike ride as well. This apartment is a perfect spot to escape the winter temperatures for us but everyone will enjoy this getaway...it's fabulous!! Wish we were there....

Great stay in Seal Beach!

This rental is in a great spot. Walking distance to the beach, great neighborhood, close to Main St. and many great restaurants. It's in a quiet area so if you are looking to get away and stay in a beach town that isn't quite as crowded as nearby Long Beach and Huntington this is perfect. The rental itself has everything you need and more. It is in great condition and the owners do a great job with the upkeep. It was great having two parking spaces in a garage so you never have to worry about coming home and driving around for street parking. I recommend this rental to anyone.

Doesn't get much better than this!

My friend and I rented this apartment for five months last summer, and it couldn't have been more perfect! We loved everything about it. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and is furnished with first class items. The owners John and Stella were attentive and available whenever we needed anything, and treated us like family. We really loved how close to the beach it was, while being such quiet getaway. Downtown Seal Beach is a very cute town and only a few blocks away, and of course the beautiful Pacific Ocean is only a two minute walk. We loved barbecuing on the patio every evening, and walking to the pier to watch the sunset. Having a laundry and dryer in the garage was also very convenient compared to places we've stayed before that required coins, or machines we had to share with neighbors. The beach is a hidden gem in Southern California, and almost felt like a private beach the majority of the time. I would definitely rate this 10 out of 10. We were excited about staying here, and it exceeded any of our expectations! Hope you enjoy it was much as we did!

Paradise at the Beach

We had the most magical 5 months in this fabulous apartment! It is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, light and airy with high end finishes. Any amenity you could want/need has been thoughtfully provided for the perfect beach get away. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, beach chairs & the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed! We slept with the windows open at night in order to take advantage of the gentle ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. We made great use of the patio for our morning cup of coffee and enjoyed barbecuing in the evening while sipping a glass of wine. We even had the luxury of parking 2 cars in the garage and our own washer and dryer! We loved being a block from the beach and a short stroll to Main Street. Seal Beach is so charming with its friendly people, many cute shops and great restaurants. La Crema on Main St for their yummy crepes, Sweet Jill's for decadent cinnamon rolls and Boathouse on the Bay for waterfront happy hour and gorgeous sunset views were some of our favorite places. Of course we spent as much time at the beach as possible. It's so clean, never too crowded and provides endless entertainment watching the surfers, kite and paddle boarders. We were even inspired to buy a surf board and take lessons! The pier is the perfect place to bring a picnic and enjoy watching the sun go down. The owners are such lovely people and we are so appreciative of all of they did to ensure we had an exceptional stay. They even left a beautiful bouquet of flowers to greet us upon our arrival, so sweet! We loved every minute and hope to return to this little slice of heaven in the future.

You can't go wrong staying here!

My friend and I enjoy traveling in the state of California. We decided on this home for the month of December through January. We knew we would be in the general area of Seal Beach on Christmas and through the New Year. It was a perfect choice. The owner of this property made sure we had clear directions on how to get inside the home as well as some information on the general surrounding area. We both felt very comfortable knowing we could contact the owner at any time. The house itself is fantastic! We had everything we needed right there! We even got to brew some coffee using the Keurig brewer. This house can easily sleep 4 people comfortably! The proximity of the home to the beach and downtown is just a quick walk away. Many times we would walk to the beach, down the pier and then up Main Street and stop for a quick bite at one of the many restaurants. Being able to park the rental car in the garage was very nice, especially after stopping at the Pavillions (grocery) just a few blocks away. Overall I would rate this a 5 out of 5. The owner, property, location, and everything else far exceeded our expectations. We would hurry back if time allowed. You won't go wrong staying here. Enjoy!

Great Owners / Great Location / Great Place

I stayed at this location for 2 1/2 months and was very pleased. The unit is updated and was very clean. I enjoyed being able to sit outside do some grilling and relax. I also really appreciated being able to park 2 cars in the garage that near to the beach as sometimes parking can be difficult. The area is stunning. Downtown Seal Beach is a lot of fun and the beach and sunsets are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this location to either a long term renter who wants a nice place to come home to as well as to someone who wants a place for the week. Either way you cannot go wrong. THe owner is wonderful and very easy to work with and very fair. What more can you ask for.

Heaven on the beach!

My husband, son, and I rented this house for the summer and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The house itself is in immaculate condition with extremely nice upgrades, uncommon for a rental. The owner is thorough and attentive, the house is close to the beach, and Seal Beach offers the perfect combination of beach town without the unwanted elements of other towns close by. It's a great place for a family, a couple, or a single person to rent. The grocery store, restaurants, the pier, and obviously the beach are all within walking distance. One could go days without getting in the car. I cannot express how perfect this little beach house is for anyone interested in renting for an extended amount of time!
