The vacation rental, which was newly renovated in 2020, is located on a three-sided farmstead outside the village, nestled in a meadow. On our small farm, we live together with our animals in a family-friendly atmosphere. Here and in the surrounding area, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the idyllic beauty of nature.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Shopping opportunities can be found in the nearest town, Teterow (7 km), which is known for its “Schildbürgerstreiche” (a local folk tradition) and the famous Bergring.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Sights and recreational activities (open-air theater, natural history museums, playgrounds, and nature parks) are just a few minutes’ drive away. The surrounding area is also easy to explore via existing hiking and biking trails. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a wide selection of bodies of water for swimming and fishing.<br><br><br><br>“Zum süßen Grund” Vacation Rental:<br><br>The spacious ground-floor apartment—mostly equipped with underfloor heating and high-quality tiles—was completely modernized in 2020. From the heart of the vacation rental—the spacious kitchen-living room with a flat-screen TV—you can access the three stylishly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom therefore offers the option to add an extra bed for one person. Two of the three bedrooms are connected by a connecting door. If all three bedrooms are in use, one of them serves as a walk-through room.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Please note that when booking the apartment for three people, only one bedroom is included, and when booking for six people, two bedrooms are available. The second or third bedroom can be booked on-site upon request for an additional fee.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Furthermore, the apartment features a bright, spacious shower room and an additional guest restroom.<br/><br/> From the cozy terrace, you can step out into the well-maintained garden with old fruit trees and the property’s own natural pond. This invites you to linger and relax in the midst of nature.<br/><br/> From lively swimming fun in the shared pool to cozy barbecue and game nights... Your vacation at “Zum süßen Grund”!!!<br/><br/><br/><br/>Note:<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult. The pool is not part of the rental property and may be used free of charge by guests, subject to availability.<br/><br/>• Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the outdoor area of the vacation rental.<br/><br/>• Towels and bed linens can be added to your reservation upon request at the end of the booking process<br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
