Your two-room apartment, with a private bathroom and kitchen, is perfect for all your plans in Munich! Highlight: Relax in your own sauna!

I live in this traditional house with a garden with my three sons and my big dog. The attic forms a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell.

All rooms are bathed in natural light and feature a traditional design with plenty of wood. There’s plenty of space here!

The living room, with hardwood floors, is furnished with a sleeper sofa (queen-size—160x200) and a large flat-screen TV (Amazon Prime streaming), as well as a dining table that seats four. The windows offer a view of the nearby forest.

The bedroom also features hardwood floors and wood-paneled walls. Here you’ll find one large double bed. Through the rustic skylight, you can gaze at the stars at night.

From the bedroom, you enter the dark-tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna.

The kitchen is accessible from the living room and features a stove with 4 burners, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Dishes and pots are, of course, provided.

Wi-Fi is, of course, included in the apartment!

Our guests share the common entrance and stairwell with us. The apartment is, of course, lockable!

Additional important information:
We have a dog. My dog lives in the house and garden and may run freely in the stairwell and garden where you might encounter him. He’s perfectly well-behaved, affectionate, and harmless—but because of this, my home might not be the right choice for people who are afraid of large dogs!

Our guests are welcome to bring their dogs. Please note: Arthos is a male dog. You should only bring your dogs if they get along with male dogs. And please do not bring your female dog into our home while she is in heat!
