Relax right next to the forest & 750 m from the beach

Relax in the beautiful Lübeck Bay, located right next to the forest and just 750 meters from the beach. Kellenhusen has plenty to offer dog lovers: 3 dog-friendly beaches and an off-leash area just 300 meters away, right in the woods. You can take your partner, children, or dog on beautiful walks through the woods or along the water’s edge and the beach. Pure relaxation.

The small vacation complex “Am Walde” (consisting of 10 houses and 5 apartments) also features its own dog playground (a 1.25-meter-high pasture fence with toys and a slalom course) and, of course, a children’s playground, so that both 2- and 4--legged friends can have fun and relax—

This charming little vacation apartment, featuring a living room with kitchen, an open sleeping loft with a double bed, one separate bedroom with a bunk bed, and one bathroom, is ideally located within the resort—right next to the forest view and the dog playground. A private terrace with a view of the greenery… what a way to start the morning. The double bed measures 140x200 cm, and the children’s bunk bed in the other bedroom measures 85x195 cm.

The new kitchen (from 2024) is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and all the other essentials for a wonderful vacation. A cozy bathroom with a shower rounds out your vacation retreat. Each apartment has its own terrace and patio furniture. You’re welcome to bring your dog, but dogs must be kept on a leash to ensure everyone’s comfort.


You can also rent bicycles and SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) from us (subject to availability).

Notes:
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per unit (dogs must be kept on a leash both on our property and in the town/forest so that every guest can enjoy a relaxing vacation).

Note regarding bed linens/towels and visitor’s tax:
- These are not automatically included in the booking. You can either bring your own or book them for a fee. Bed linens are 12€ per person and towels are 6€ per person.
- The visitor’s tax is billed separately on-site at 3.50€ per day per adult
- Charging station / wallbox: We have a private, fee-based charging station for our guests in our central parking lot. (Max. charging power: 11 kW)
