If you are looking for a luxury modern high end villa then you have come to the right place. This 2 storey, stylish, south-facing villa, built in 2022, offers you enough space on 3001 sqft for up to 8 people and all the amenities you could wish for during your vacation.

It is furnished with great attention to detail and is unique. The entire facility is new and the entire villa is bright, modern and contemporary. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer enough space for 8 people.

The master suite with electric blinds has direct pool access, a king-size bed and a Sonos sound system. The master bathroom has a bathtub, separate walk-in shower and double sinks. The other 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds are also all equipped with electric blinds and the Sonos sound system. One of the 3 bedrooms also has access to the pool. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. Free high-speed WiFi is of course available throughout the villa. This villa is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Integrated into the large living room is a modern kitchen with bar seating and a spacious dining room area. First-class appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. Coffee lovers will also find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen.

The lanai is generously designed, as is the large heated pool & Hot Tub, which gives our guests a feeling of wellness. An exclusive outdoor kitchen with a 195 sqft long granite worktop is available for a cozy barbecue evening. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen. Sun loungers are available in the pool area.

You have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from here, and while you sit outside with your choice of cocktail, you'll be joined by manatees and dolphins enjoying the waters of the canal.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
