Esta encantadora villa de vacaciones está situado justo a la salida del canal del río Caloosahatchee en medio de la llamada Yacht Club Area, uno de los mejores y más deseables zonas residenciales de Cape Coral. En sólo 1 minuto por placer elaborar el hermoso Golfo de México.

De todas las salas de estar y también de la cocina abierta, se puede disfrutar de vistas de la amplia zona de piscina con jacuzzi, jardín tropical y sobre el canal de agua salada inmediatamente adyacente al otro lado hasta el río Caloosahatchee. Villa Romantic was one of those places we wished we could have stayed much longer. The location is absolutely fantastic – for us, one of the best in Cape Coral. Peaceful and private, with an incredible view over the water that makes you slow down and enjoy every moment.Our favorite part was sitting outside by the pool, looking out over the water and watching the sky change in the evening. It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos!The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the owner was also exceptional – friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from beginning to end.If you’re considering Villa Romantic, don’t hesitate. It’s a very special place and one we would happily book again. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

This home was absolutely perfect, we seen dolphins everyday and even 2 little sharks. Also seen a stingray as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The property owner and property manager were great and replied to my messages instantly. I highly recommend staying at this home in cape coral, you will not regret it.

Amazing view, excellent location. Highly recommended. Also rented a boat from Amys boat rental, highly recommend too. great spot for ocean access. My wife and I and our 19/21 yr old kids and their significant others. plenty of room.

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and this was without question one of the best-equipped and most thoughtfully maintained properties we have experienced.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us, and the bathrooms even included a starter set with shampoo, soap and body lotion – a lovely touch we would normally expect in a five-star hotel.The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor area was fantastic. There are six sun loungers around the pool and a spacious lanai with a large dining table for six – perfect for enjoying meals and the beautiful view. The garage also offered useful extras, including additional pool items and two coolers for day trips.The internet was extremely fast and reliable and appears to be fiber-optic. Streaming and video calls worked perfectly.Pool and garden are professionally maintained every week, and the entire property is clearly very well cared for.Communication with the owners and local property manager was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and can easily understand why so many guests return.We would absolutely recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves!

Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.

My wife & I stayed here for the week of Memorial Day, 2026 and loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is well furnished and comfortable, with all household items needed for our stay. The lanai, pool and backyard are wonderful with incredible views. We saw dolphins on several days, in the late afternoon. The grounds are lovely and also well maintained. I even had a neighbor ask if we owned the house because they were also impressed by the grounds and wanted to know who the landscaping company was. During our stay, I was able to meet the landscapers and provide the neighbors with their business card. I will also mention that Ralph, the property manager was very accommodating and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. If you are considering this house for your vacation I highly recommend it. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! It’s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful view!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. 🏖️ We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

What a beautiful property! The entire stay exceeded all of our expectations! Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous view, hot tub and pool everyday. We saw dolphins swimming and there was even a holiday boat parade! The house is exactly as described and the manager responded quickly to any needs. Will absolutely stay at the property again!!

The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time - very relaxing.

Can't Wait Until Next Time! Til Next Time...

This was our second time to stay at Villa Romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this 5 star property. Our first visit was pre hurricane and the home has since been updated and is extremely comfortable! The host, literally has everything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This property truly is exceptional! Next time we're hoping to stay 3-4 weeks! Highly recommend.

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation villa

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed – absolutely loved it!Villa Romantic truly stole our hearts. For us, it’s one of the top locations in Cape Coral – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is incredibly well taken care of, decorated with love, and offers everything you could wish for on vacation.We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace, our afternoons by the pool, and our evenings watching the sunset – pure bliss. The whole atmosphere is just magical.A special shout-out to the owner: communication was warm, easy, and reliable from start to finish. The house is as described but there were a few items I would like to mention1 you are charged for electricity. This is new to me and did not see it in the rental agreement. I have rented dozens of homes before and this is a first. You are expected to pay in cash and it cost 78 while keeping the air on 74, no cooking, no laundry, and for 2 people. 2 not all loungers have cushions. The view is fabulous 3 linens and towels are of a dark color and towels are worn. 4 Wi-Fi was good but anytime we streamed a movie at night it went down. But was good all day for working and supported video calls 5 no instructions were left in the home as normal. You did have a local contact to call 6 landscapers come during the day but blow the grass into the pool. Had to contact someone to have pool cleaned. 7 no hot water. Sinks or showers. And guest bath has no water pressure. Was not able to use at all. 8 bring your supplies. Left us not trash bags or dishwashing liquidThis was our first visit and had an enjoyable time. House was good for 2 people. Would not recommend for more.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Electricity is charged separately, exactly as clearly stated in our rental agreement. The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, ensuring complete transparency regarding consumption and costs. The house offers six pool loungers. As your reservation was for two guests, two loungers were prepared with cushions before your arrival as an additional courtesy. The remaining high-quality cushions are stored in the garage to protect them from the weather and are available for guests to use at any time. The hot water system was fully operational throughout your stay. As in many homes, the water heater is located in the garage, so it may take a short time for hot water to reach the taps and showers. This is a normal characteristic of the plumbing system and not a malfunction. No technical issues with the hot water or water pressure were identified before, during, or after your stay, and no concerns regarding either were reported to us during your visit. Had we been contacted, our local property manager would have been happy to assist immediately. We are committed to providing a well-maintained home and attentive service. We are grateful that this commitment is reflected in our consistently outstanding guest reviews and in the many guests who choose to return to our home year after year.

Can't wait to return

Home was perfect! Plenty of room. Property was as better as the pictures, very clean throughout and in a great location backing onto the waterway. Modern and recently renovated home with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen full of all cooking supplies. Internet was strong and super fast. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt as though it was our own. House and pool was perfect. Lovely to barbecue in the evening and sit out under the Tikki hut. Fully equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend any family or individual to this home.
