Beautiful Maui

We had a lovely stay. Our host was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier, without charge. We were incredibly appreciative. Thank you for a lovely stay, the property was beautiful and helped us enjoy the island!!

Excellent Stay

The stay was amazing, right across from the Beach the Apartment was nice and clean and very convenient, I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. When we had a problem Susan was right on it I give this property a 5 star in my book.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Check-in was a breeze and the owner was communicative and easy to work with. The location within the complex is excellent — the pool and hot tub are about 50 feet away, and the beach is roughly 200 yards across a small road with a designated crosswalk right outside.The ground-floor unit was a big bonus. The lanai felt comfortable and surprisingly private. People walk by occasionally on the pathway, but no one cuts through the space so it still feels relaxed and tucked away.The condo was even nicer than the listing suggested — clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. There were plenty of linens and a ton of beach towels, which we really appreciated. The in-unit washer and dryer made the trip much easier too.There’s a nice selection of beach gear to get you started, plus a hose outside the lanai that’s perfect for rinsing sandy feet and gear. The beach right there is beautiful for sunrise and sunset walks, though better for strolling than swimming. Luckily the central Kihei location makes it easy to explore nearby beaches.Overall, this place was comfortable, convenient, and perfect for our group of six — two adults, our 12- and 13-year-olds, plus our adult son and his partner. Great stay!
After all day at the ocean (and a quick sand removal shower) the fresh pool feels amazing. Also, there are bbqs here that we didn't use but there were friendly neighbors using them.
Toasty hottub for when the breeze kicks up (and for achy muscles from playing at the beach).

Maui Perfect

This location was ideal! It's conveniently situated just across from a beautiful beach, perfect for leisurely strolls at any time of day. The pool was fantastic as well. Having a ground floor unit made it super easy to manage all our beach gear and come and go with ease. Plus, the outdoor furniture was incredibly comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and unwind.

Recommend for Kihei comfort

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a holiday accommodation. It was clean, cool (thanks to AC/fans) and well stocked to prepare food on site. We loved having a small patio to enjoy some private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing and the BBQ area was convenient for grilling supper. The check in procedure was simple and Susan was accommodating and responded to our questions. The ocean was just across the street and there were beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler available to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and well equipped

Perfectly acceptable vacation rental , comfortable beds and furnishings. Only downside lead-footed dopes renting apartment above. Certainly not fault of owner but might try begging owner upstairs to install padding and carpet.

I only wish you would have contacted me so that I could have spoke to the neighbors above. Thankfully they are gone now and we have had NO complaints since. None of our condos have carpet on island with all of the sand, etc. We strive to have spotless and clean accommodations for our guests. So happy to hear that our NEW beds and furnishings were comfortable for your stay.

Our stay was great. Would recommend. We were there checking out on the day of the Tsunami and our host accommodated us to stay an additional day. Was there for us in a time of crisis. Nice little beach just out front. The only down side was the roosters going off from 3am to 5 every day. It’s common in Hawaii and of course not controllable. Bring some ear plugs. Still worth staying again. It was great to have a free parking spot included. The condo was very nice and kept up well. Everything worked great.

Great vacation stay...except for the

Nice, clean, 2 bedroom condo. We enjoyed all of it. The only issue is a rooster that crows every night between 3 am and 5 am. The property manager brought us earplugs, which helped. A slingshot would be better.

Highly recommend!

Place was just as described! Everything you needed in a rental was provided down to toiletries! Place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The washing machine broke while we were checking out but Susan was super responsive and was going to have someone check it out. There isn’t much around walking distance but it wasn’t a problem since we were renting a car. Would recommend 10/10

Our stay was great! The place was family friendly and a good layout for us with kids. There is a Rooster that lives in the backyard and its internal clock is a** backwards. He likes to cockle doodle at 1:30am, 2:30am, and on the dot 4:30am. We didn’t have a good sleep even one night…. Also found a cockroach on the kitchen floor. Washer machine was giving us a hard time but we cleaned the filter and the host later checked to see if it was still working.. We were excited about using the jacuzzi around the pool and came to plywood covering the hole where the jacuzzi is and was out of commission for the 10 days we stayed.

So sorry about the rooster. We could have handled that if you would have contacted us. It is a tropical island and it can happen. We are on an island and at times a roach may be found. It rarely happens as we have the condo sprayed quarterly. We purchased a $4K lemon of a washer and it was only used a few months. We have since purchased a new one for our guests. We do not advertise that we have a jacuzzi so I do apologize that you did not read that on our description.

Great Location

We needed a last minute place to stay and this condo fit the bill! The beach across the street was beautiful and the complex is only about 15 mins from the harbor for whale watching/sunset sails, as well as a handful of dining options. I didn't read the full description and didnt't realize there is not a dishwasher. Not a big deal since there was only 2 of us, but if you have a full house and eat in a lot, be prepared to hand wash everything. There is no built in oven, either, but the air fryer was great! The space was very clean and communication with the host was very easy. She is super sweet and accommodating! Thank you for hosting!

Kihei Condo

The condo is just as pictured and described, it was in a great location on the island. Close to either side of Maui whether its west Maui or east Maui. Its a quick 2-3 minute drive to the famous Ululani's Shave Ice, Sugar Beach Bake Shop (Malasadas), and a ABC store which is very convenient. The host was responsive to our messages. Beach supplies like beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a cooler were provided which was one of our reasons to do a condo like this because its super helpful to have during a visit to Maui. Check in/check out was easy. The host provided basic toiletries. We also cooked some days and had everything we needed for our week stay. The condo did have AC units and fans, the unit is also a ground floor which is great if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs. The property no longer has a hot tub but that wasn't an issue for us since the property still had a nice clean pool which was nice to use when we got back at the end of the day. Would recommend.
