The space:
This spacious, bright front-unit duplex studio is a comfortable home base for a weekend event, a weeklong conference, or a Long Beach getaway. Large windows bring in natural sunlight, while the single-level layout combines sleeping, living, dining, and kitchen areas.

• Settle in with a memory-foam queen mattress on an acacia wood bed, crisp linens, fluffy pillows, a large linen sofa, room-darkening shades, and generous storage including a walk-in closet.
• For year-round comfort, the studio has portable air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and radiant heating.
• Free enclosed, private on-site garage space is included, along with free street parking.

Other things to note:
• Security cameras surround the exterior of the property. These cameras are solely for security purposes and to help protect both guests and the property. There are no interior cameras.
• This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind, e-cigarettes or vaping in the studio.
• The studio is located in Downtown Long Beach on a main street and is best suited for guests who are comfortable in an urban, multicultural and diverse environment.
