Whether you’re visiting family, attending a sports tournament, traveling for business, or planning a relaxing getaway with friends, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10+ guests(up to 16) , the home features a spacious layout that allows everyone to spread out while still enjoying quality time together.

Sleeping Arrangements

Main Floor
• Spacious primary suite featuring a luxurious King bed
• Private full bathroom attached to the primary bedroom
• Additional half bathroom conveniently located on the main floor

Upstairs
• One bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and direct access to a shared full bathroom
• One bunk room featuring a Full-size bed on the bottom and Twin bed on top
• A second bunk room across the hallway with an identical Full-over-Twin bunk bed

Need additional sleeping space? We’ve got you covered! We can provide:
• Three pull-out twin beds
• An air mattress upon request(queen)
• A Pack ’n Play for families traveling with little ones

Bathrooms
With 2.5 bathrooms, getting everyone ready is simple. The primary suite includes its own private bathroom; there’s a convenient half bath on the main level, and the upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before exploring Kansas City or hosting a family dinner, you’ll find cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances ready for your use. One of our guests’ favorite features is the spacious porch and outdoor gathering area.
