Incredible beautiful home ! Great location close to kc

Beautiful, modern, spacious house with a large in ground new updated heated pool, hot tub jacuzzi, covered deck with charcoal barbecue, wood stove, sink and a nice counter top island to sit with family and friends, one wood fire pit and one gas fire pit table, we do not provide the propane and wood for the fire pit.lots of fun! 5 very comfortable and beautiful bedrooms, 2 1/2 spacious bathrooms and a large kitchen living area with everything you need to fell home.(*** the pool will not be available during November 1st to May 1st**** )

The house was great for a large group. Lots of beds and space for all of us. It was also located in a very convenient location. The host was responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, a great experience.

The listing stated the heated pool would be open. We found out days before the pool had been closed. This was an unpleasant surprise. The Property Manager did arrange a discount. Cleiton was super easy to work with and was very communicative.

The house was the perfect place for our large group. The location is perfect for getting around Kansas City. The host was very responsive to questions and requests. Very clean and great neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great place to stay! Host communicated well and was always open to any questions we had! House was just as pictured. House worked perfect for our group for the weekend. Pool was warm and clean! Neighbors were super friendly! Would stay here again.

Great property in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to check in and we were immediately greeted by the backyard neighbors. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Both were well kept and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group (11 total - 6 adults, 5 kids ages 2-9) to sleep and hang out.

Wonderful!

The property was perfect for our large group. We needed a location to comfortably for staff and staff families for a cheer competition. This property and the owner were wonderful! Our only regret is not having more time to enjoy the patio.

We came to Kansas City for a wedding. The property was nice. Kitchen area and living room area was large and open. The backyard and pool area was very nice. Bedrooms were good size. House could use some maintenance, things like loose faucets and faucets not working. Patio furniture was worn out. The hot tub had some sort of lotion that was floating all around in it and after discovering it we didn’t use. The pool was supposed to have been heated , but was hard to tell because water felt cold and kept most guests from using. Mattresses in large bedroom in lower area were worn out and need to be replaced. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we arrived 25 minutes early and I received a text reminding me that check in was at 4 pm. Upon entering house and checking it out the vacuum was left in the pool and I had to remove which wasn’t a problem, but later that evening when we were all enjoying the backyard pool people showed up to check the chemical balance of the pool and sort of interrupted are evening. We didn’t let it bother us, but it was odd. All in all we enjoyed are stay and had fun. Property could have been prepared a little better.

As kids, my siblings and I grew up in Overland Park. The location of the house was absolutely perfect for us. The house was quite nice and communication with the host was perfect.

Great location, clean

We used this house to stay at while we attended an expo training event at Overland Park Convention center. It was close, Clean and convenient. We had 11 people and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The pool and hot tub was a nice option to used after a long day of training.

Great outdoor space!

Placed worked great for our large group of friends. The outside area was great and had everything we could want to relax. The pool and hot tub were great along with the fire pit. We didn’t end up doing as many activities outside the home because we enjoyed all the amenities that were there at the house so much we preferred to hang out there as a group.

Great Communication

The property manager was fantastic! Texted us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Anytime we texted him a question, he was very responsive. House was also clean and in a good part of town.

Excellent spot in south KC

The house was very clean and exactly as we expected. The house manager was responsive and very helpful throughout. Our only slight issue was around the hot tub having just been treated so it was mostly unusable for our stay.

Perfect Chill Girls Weekend

We had 13 girls travel to KC to celebrate my besties upcoming wedding. This house had everything that we needed! It was extremely lean, exactly as pictured, plus the pool was warm enough to swim! We had an excellent time. The owner was super helpful and communicative. 10/10 would recommend for large or small groups. Thanks for having us!

Management was accessible and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, we had a few issues, the kitchen sink was broke and there was a large ant infestation, both of which management was aware prior to our stay but did not inform us. Before booking, we reached out to make sure pool was heated and was told it would be. Pools this time of year are heated at 84, the pool on property was 68, it was freezing but since that is the reason we rented the place the kids still wanted to swim, pool repair raised the temp to 75 but that didn’t change anything it was still cold. The large open space worked well for our large group. People enjoyed the pool table and foosball in the garage.

Almost perfection!!

This is our 2nd stay here. We enjoy the open space of the living room and the hot tub and heated pool are a big plus!!! Lots of beds that are a decent size. The one thing I hope you can improve is the living room furniture!! It just is not comfortable due to the backs of the sectional not working properly and the 2 chairs are very low and uncomfortable!! My parents had a difficult time getting up from every chair except bar stools and dining room chairs!! If this problem could be addressed I would greatly appreciate it!! Otherwise it’s a great place to stay and close to lots of things!!

Awesome place for kids

This beautiful house had enough beds and bedrooms for our 14 people allowing everybody to have a private place. Loved the open concept and kitchen island. That was the hangout place.. The pool and hot tub were the best. Biggest problem was getting the kids to come out of the pool. Everything was clean and sparkling when we arrived. The owner answered all my questions immediately. He frequently texted to see if we needed anything. My only suggestion would be to have manuals available for the state of the art appliances. Sometimes it took a few of us to figure out how to operate them.

Family fun property

The house was clean and updated. The space was open and functional and worked great for our family. It was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. Appliances all were clean and worked great. The pool area was clean and spacious. We had so much fun entertaining our family. It was extremely hot so the pool was a perfect way to cool down. The outdoor furniture cushions were clean but the cushions need replaced. Limited kitchen towels and wash rags seemed unnecessary. The pool tile is so slippery when wet so we constantly squeegeed in order to prevent falls. None of these things affected the quality of our experience!

Overall not terrible

Almost as advertised. It said there was coffee, there was none, no soap in the bathrooms like the listing said also. Master bedroom was extremely hot, no water pressure in one sink downstairs and one of the showers as well. Outdoor furniture was mostly all wore out or broke. It definitely could be nice but needed some work for sure.

Lovely home but with issues.

Our biggest problem was not knowing about all of the stairs ahead of time. Not having a powder room on the main level was an issue. It seemed like the house was not quite ready for our visit. All of the towels were damp, not enough toilet paper or coffee pods. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was broken. The porch seemed a little dangerous. The full bath on the second level was difficult to get into the shower. We did not have enough chairs for seven of us to sit around the table. We had to use the chairs from the family room area. We had a wonderful time and it is a beautiful home but needs a few upgrades.

Great space for a large group!

This property is a split level with a large open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room. It was perfect for our group of 16 women. I brought a 6’ folding table and folding chairs to accommodate the extra seating needed. There are enough beds for 11 people to have their own bed or 16 people if you double up the queen beds. There are 5 levels to this home. 1- basement: 2 queens, daybed and trundle, along with reclining chairs and a TV area. 2- garage level: has a pool table & other activities, laundry room & half bathroom. 3-main entry level with open floor plan. 4- master bedroom/bath, main bathroom and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. 5-has a queen bed, daybed & trundle. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping. Everyone had their own towels and washcloths. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, cooking utensils, spices, pots & pans. They have a regular coffee pot for brewing or a Keurig. I would recommend bringing more K cups if you have a big group to last for your stay. Because it is February, we did not use the pool but it is heated and was open for use and it was pleasantly warm. We utilized the hot tub one evening. The chlorine levels seemed to be extremely high. I alerted the property manager and he responded quickly. Bring an old swimsuit so the chlorine doesn’t damage your nice ones. Some minor repairs are needed around the house. Parking for 7-8 cars. We carpooled from the hospital parking lot a mile away.
