- We offer a highchair and pack and play for kids.
- If you are looking to enjoy night life, downtown Saratoga Springs will provide entertainment well into the night. Less than 5 minute drive/Uber away!
- Please note: Our home currently can sleep up to 8 guests, this is made up of our 3 bedrooms along with our pullout futon in the office area.
- PLEASE reference our customized HOUSE MANUAL once booked, this will answer many of your questions for your upcoming stay.
- Please lock each door ONLY using the smart lock as locking the door knob will lock you out.
- Note that the back doors may not appear to lock from the inside, however rest assured it does lock on the outside.
-Garbage days are Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE take out garbage and bring to road. The trash cans are located on the back side of the house next to the deck.
During your stay, we ask that you will be cognizant of the fact that this is someone’s home and that you will hopefully treat it as such.

Outlined below are a list of additional rules we do ask that you follow during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation!

- Only those that are included in the initial reservation are allowed to stay over.
- No drugs or illegal substances allowed
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms
- No candles or other open flames
- Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet.
- We do hold $300 security deposit, it will show as pending on your credit card, it will auto release a few days post departure(barring damage claims)
- Please leave the thermostat temp at 67° before leaving
- The guest will need to sign our rental agreement prior to arrival
- Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest
- If you break or damage something, please let us know right away so we can arrange for its replacement or repair
- If staying over Wednesday night, please take garbage out and bring cans to the road as Thursday is garbage day.
