Our newly renovated, bright apartment awaits you and your family for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features a quiet bedroom with a double bed (180x200), comfort-size comforters, bed linens included, and electrical outlets near the bed.
Living room with a large leather couch that sleeps one additional person. Large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection.
Our new, inviting bathroom is accessible via a small step. Towels and a bath mat are provided for you. The entire apartment features underfloor heating.
The spacious kitchen-living area is equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a washing machine with a quick wash cycle, and a dishwasher.
You’ll also find dish towels, a dishcloth, dish soap, and a small selection of spices, coffee filters, and tea.
Various board games are also available for afternoons and evenings spent together.

Our apartment is located on the first floor and features large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, as well as a small terrace. It is equipped with motion detectors, smoke detectors, and a ventilation system.

A baby crib and high chair are available upon request.

Our town features a charming swimming lake, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a dentist, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, a gas station, a pizzeria, a playground, and a large movie theater
We’re an ideal starting point for trips to Landsberg, Augsburg, Munich, Füssen, Neuschwanstein Castle, or the Five Lakes, with excellent transportation connections
