Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental is recommended. All homes with fantastic views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area! We are happy to help assist with a rental. Inquire within for rental availability.
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 9pm.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Pool hours are set from 9am - 10pm.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
